I had dinner with my Mom and Aunt and the food was really good but the best experience was our waiter. Geraldo was funny, attentive and we not only had fun with him but even though he had a lot of tables he had time to have fun with us. He also saw us again after our meal and thanked us for the experience and said to ask for him again which of course we will.

Not a place for a quick lunch even outside of regular lunch hours. Waited 45 min for a table even though they originally estimated 30 min. We were seated in a corner outside despite requesting inside. Single course meal + coffee + paying took almost two hours.⌛ Definitely not enough waiters… So again, expect a long meal.

Worst dining experience. Sat at a table for 2 close to the bar for an entire hour, 3 different waiters randomly stopped by, no drink refills, no bread, we had to get a waiter’s attention to get some service. Place settings were dirty and stained. After an hour waiting, food never arrived (burger and salmon tacos). We ended up leaving after the order never arrived. Michael Hyatt, restaurant manager stopped by the table, didn’t offer any apologies, only stating the food would be right out. Hyatt is the rudest, most careless, thoroughly incompetent restaurant manager I’ve ever encountered. Will never return after having filed a complaint with Neiman Marcus corporate headquarters. This location is garbage.
