Marios Pizza & pasta is a family owned and operated business located in Saddlbrook, NJ. I’ve been to this location several times, and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s much more than your typical pizzaria. It’s an Argentinean pizzaria/restaurant that offers much more, it’s a small yet cozy restaurant that’s big on taste. Prices are fair and the staff is super friendly. I felt as if I’ve visited a hundred times on my first visit. The staff treats you as if they have always known you. I also have to mention they make a phenomenal skirt steak accompanied by flavorful chimichurri. Great place to visit with family and friends and cozy enough for a first date. Bon appetite.

The place exterior looks run down but in saw plenty of people going in. I accidentally ran into this establishment trying to get another Mario pizza. I was greated by a friendly reception. I decided to try the spinach and cheese empanada. Each cost $3.75 but will leave you hungry. I also got the chicken parm pizza. Both were heated nicely. After the 1st bite of the pizza I wished I had ordered something different. The empanada was pretty straight forward as well. The price is a little high. But there seem to have many regulars.

Told one of the workers I ordered online for pick up and was greeted with the most bizarre death stare I’ve ever received. Little odd, but okay. They then told me my order wasn’t ready yet but they would let me know when it was. Well, they never did that and basically forgot about my order until I reminded them 25 minutes later. Food was also mediocre, don’t waste your time/money here

I moved to Saddle Brook October 1st 2020 and I am so upset with myself for not stopping in this place sooner this is some best Italian food that you could possibly get on a local level I enjoyed it so much everybody inside was so respectful so nice everybody was smiling the entire dining room was filled ( which we all know is this Telltale sign LOL) I highly recommend you go to this place you will be so far from disappointed especially for the prices I don’t know where you could find that quality food for that price anywhere else great job guys keep up the good work
