7/13/23-I had some friends that that were super excited to have me try this place. I’m not sure what was going on, but the service was a train wreck. My friend had trouble ordering a drink but it was super hard to get someone’sattention, took forever to get our food order taken, we got food before our silverware, then our bill was messed up. My friends were laid back about all of these issues, but for a place that is supposed to be slightly higher class and has the prices to match, I expected at least average service. The food would have been 3-4 stars in taste depending on what you ordered, but the price was high for food that was about the same quality as a better end Olive Garden. The service was a 2 and that is why I gave them the average score of a 3. Not worth going out of your way for.

I came here for a quick bite and was really pleasantly surprised. I first ordered a salad that was peaches in it and was made with the best balsamic vinegarette! I then ordered a pasta with a 3 cheese cream. And I really wanted to love it, but I didn’t know one of the cheeses were blue cheese, and it really had a horrid aftertaste. (Probably should specify what cheeses are in the cream lol) I was just going to politely take my check and go because the staff was so nice I didn’t want to make a big deal about it. But once she saw I wasn’t eating she made sure I got something I wanted! Superb customer service. And the pizza I received in exchange was delicious! Definitely give this place a try.

Marino’s Italian restaurant is basically hidden in a strip mall off Peakview Drive in Littleton, CO, in a local neighborhood. If I happen to live in this Woodmar Plaza neighborhood, I would be a regular patron and hanging with Tracy and her daughter, Lauren, at the bar enjoying all the Italian drinks.

A little conflicted. I can see the potential and I thought the food was good! But my pasta, the spinach and sausage gnocchi was a tad bland if I’m honest. The gnocchi seemed freshly made which was nice just lacked a little flavor. The garlic cheese bread appetizer was good and the margarita pizza was really good! I got the fried dough balls with Nutella which was all pretty good! I think I would stick with the pizza or probably try a calzone next time. Will go back for sure to try again.

Marino’s is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to. It is a small, family-owned (and run) establishment with a casual atmosphere. The servers are very friendly and well informed about the various dishes (and beverages) so they are able to make great suggestions based on your tastes. Portions are VERY generous and prices are fair. Gluten free options are plentiful and delicious! I honestly cannot say enough about how good our meals were and how fun the whole experience was! Cannot wait to return to Denver to visit our son – and Marino’s- again!!

We ordered a pizza for takeout. We parked curbside and it was delivered to our car within 5 minutes of our arrival. The pizza was very good, my only complaint would be that it was a bit shy on the toppings including cheese. I was hoping for a lot of chewy stringy cheese.

The food is amazing. Really amazing. The service was fine, in terms of food coming out warm. Didn’t get the wedge salad we asked for, had to flag her down for boxes and refills, but she was nice enough about it. The problem was we felt we weren’t welcome. I am usually very conscious about going to a restaurant at closing time. I waited tables so I remember how tough that could be. They closed at 8, we arrived and were seated by 7:40, out by 8:15. They had several table when we arrived and multiple people at the bar when we left, so I don’t think we came too late. Especially since they are only open on Sundays 4:30-8. However, it was clear our waitress did not want to wait on us, or at least wanted us to not take too long. We asked about appetizers and she said the fryer was “down” so that pretty much eliminated appetizers. Except, only one of their 10 or so appetizers was fried. We still ordered the mussels and they were great. While the food is amazing, I personally feel uncomfortable being someplace where they make it clear they don’t want you. To be fair, my husband would go back- didn’t care about the service because the food was that good.

Nice little place, and the servers are amazing—they truly do their best with what they’re handed and are super nice. However, the hostess seemed peeved that people were coming in to eat, and generally felt unwelcoming. As well, the kitchen was super backed up for some reason, so food took a significant amount of time. The waitresses were super sweet and apologetic, even though it was no fault of their own. The food itself was alright but really didn’t taste like anything special, which was a little annoying with how much a gluten free upcharge is. If you can find a good time for the kitchen and a good mood for the hostess it might be worth it, but otherwise it wouldn’t be first on my list.

In one word…authentic. Absolutely wonderful homestyle Italian cuisine with amazing service and attention. Staff is always cheerful and friendly and the food was top notch. We tried many dishes, love the gnocchi Bianchi, the Anna Marie pizza blew me away, the air fried calamari was a unique and the tiramisu to die for. First time here for me, great recommendation from my son who frequents this place. This will be a must try everytime I’m in Denver

Marino’s offers an a fantastic family-owned Italian restaurant dining experience in the heart of the suburbs. The location is quiet and unassuming in a suburban residential area, but inside, Marino’s feels like a charming wine bar with modern touches and creative flair. The food is excellent, easily some of the best pizza in the southern suburbs of Denver, and the pastas and salads are flavorful and feature generous portions. We have had fun conversations with their wonderful waitstaff – they are friendly and engaging and create a great environment for family dining. You can’t go wrong with Marino’s!
