The packaging was very well done and kept the food warm for a long time, which made serving easy and convenient. Great quality food and professional catering service. Highly recommend!!
Not only was the food tier one (ordered village goat curry (coconut complemented the tender goat like a chefs kiss) and Peshawari naan (while I prefer nuts and less sweet, the bread was just the right texture of crispy and soft)), Marina’s friendly staff also accommodated me with perfect salted lassi (not on their menu currently. Marina prepared it with green chili and roast cumin yum!) Unless I make it myself, it’s been disappointing the experience with salt lassi I’ve had with most restaurants (last time was maybe 7 years back when I’d had something decent) …Marina is even thinking of incorporating this in their menu (I shared that people want to learn if they are trying food outside what they grew up with so finding ways to support this learning always appreciated and reciprocally helps out the business). At just that moment a man walks in to pick up (his back to me) and shares that he eats Marina’s food with milk to cut the spiciness. Hearing this I lifted my my salt lassi and shook it enthusiastically after he left, I recommended a pairing legend on their menu so people new to Indian food can know why we eat our cuisine the way we do. I think they may Salt lassi pairs really well with red meats
I was nursing a terrible migraine so no pictures this time but it went away after I began eating. I know it is because that food was made with just that extra attention and care most restaurants are foregoing during this awful ever increasing inflation happening last 10 years
