Marina Bar and Grill is one of my favorite spots in Sandestin for a laid back meal on the water. Maryanne the parrot is a boujee bird and the patio is genuinely dog friendly, which makes it an easy choice. Victoria was awesome and checked in often without hovering. Food came out fast, the views are great, and the whole place feels relaxing whether you stop in for lunch or a drink by the marina. Always a reliable go to in Baytowne and one of the most consistent restaurants in the area.

Did a quick pick-up order of grouper bites and fried shrimp; very good! Friendly bar staff! It it a great place to have a drink and people watch. They have a big screen set up on patio for all the sports fans!

We had a great experience at Marina Bar and Grill! Our waitress, Gretchen, was awesome—super friendly and on top of everything. The view overlooking the bay and marina is absolutely beautiful and creates such a relaxing atmosphere. The food is on the pricier side and could be a bit better for what you pay, but honestly, the view and overall vibe more than make up for it. Great spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery!

What a lucky find stumbling upon this place! The blackened mahi mahi tacos were bursting with flavor, and the mahi mahi sandwich with pineapple coleslaw was absolutely delicious. The coconut shrimp could rival those from Tropics Bar and Grill in Honolulu—crisp and perfect. The chicken wings, coated in tangy-sweet BBQ sauce, were cooked to perfection. The friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere, paired with a stunning dock view and ocean breeze, made it unforgettable. Highly recommend this spot for an incredible dining experience or a quick lunch getaway!

My husband and I went over to the marina area to rent bicycles and decided to grab a bite here for lunch. We both ordered the cobb salad which was DELICIOUS and enjoyed the view of the marina and all the boats while we ate. Also, meeting the restaurant’s adorable parrot, Mary Ann, was a pleasant surprise! The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this spot!

Excellent service, good food and enjoyable view of all the beautiful boats in the marina. Chandler was our server during dinner, and we had an awesome experience. Then, the next day, my teenage son ventured over to the Marina while out exploring and fishing the property. I want to give a special shout out to Ms. Tara for making my kid feel welcomed and valued during all of his refills for Sprite. It’s nice to know the staff here are good to kids, even when the parents aren’t looking. These little gestures make a memorable experience for vacationing kids, and give us parents even more reason to visit again next year. Thank you for your kindness.

The only nice thing, imo, is that the location is on the bay and you can enjoy the views/walk around the boardwalk.
Food quality was on the cheaper side, so don’t set a high bar on that.
But if you’re looking for chill vibes, standard bar food, then you will probably enjoy!

Food was great! We were pleasantly surprised after a few misfires in Destin (lots of pretty mid tourist traps around beware). Couldn’t have asked for better food. The mahi mahi fresh caught tacos were delightful. Everyone left full and happy. Right on the marina water with a massive projection screen, so atmosphere was killer. Little boardwalk and cool treehouse for kids. We saw alligators and maybe a Heron? Cool to see such abundant wildlife. Lots to do for kids nearby.

My first time eating in Sandestin and I came with an homeowner friend. Kevin made me a delicious Bushwacker and Tara was very personable and fun to chat with!
We happened to come during happy hour. They gave us a game called “Shut The Box” and it was so fun! Chips and queso were delicious, loaded fries exceeded expectations and I tried onion rings for the first time and they were phenomenal!! The ranch they serve I could use for anything!!
Outside, there was a guy handling a bird I assume a Scarlet Macaw or similar species and it was a pleasure to experience!
Very homey atmosphere for locals. Atleast 5 TVs that played various sports channels. Kids menu offered and outside patio area overlooking the water / dock!

We went to Marinas Bar and Grill a few weeks back. Loved the live music and the views of the sunset. The parrot was cool and the food was great. We will stop by again the next time we are in Destin!!
