This restaurant has been here 3 years and it was the first time we’ve been. I have passed it many times going to stores in the area, but never stopped to try it. After a little shopping at the Dollar Tree, we went to Maria’s for lunch. The atmosphere is cool, welcoming, and comfortable. You have to seat yourself, but table service is provided. We didn’t have to wait long before our server came. I ordered the Super Shrimp with Steak added, delicious! The combination of flavors and peppers, meat, cheese etc., almost had me eating the entire Burrito in one sitting. Next was the Fajitas and Super Steak burrito, my guest enjoyed it and the burrito was gone in 5 seconds and the Fajitas were a good plate full and had leftovers. It wasn’t crowded and had a good crowd. I recommend you try it if you like good authentic Mexican food.

My Aunt wanted to try this place,I didn’t because I make my OWN Taco’s the way I like
We tried the Quad Taco Tues special for $10. Basically $2.50 each. The portion size was agreeable, street taco style. Yet the service was ZERO. We entered and seated ourselves,NO one greeted us. Menus were provided w/o flatware. Water was issued with NO ice. We had to ask for basic things that normally come when you are handed a menu like drinking straws & napkins. When we asked our server how long she has been a waitress there she told us 2 years. I thought I heard incorrectly 2 months but she said TWO years. I was in shock. We felt ignored and unwelcomed. When leaving no one said thank you for coming or any acknowledgement what so ever. Last night I made my famous double layered chicken tacos & they were far superior than Maria’s. My Auntie is a celebrated chef specializing in many cuisines although she enjoyed the portion sizes, the lack of GOOD customer service guaranteed that this 1st visit will be our LAST. Perhaps take out is better.Lastly the drinks are rediculustly hiGH $6 for a coke $10 for a can of Vodka lemonade. Someone should inform them that this is Solano county NOT Marin.

Maria’s was delicious! We recently moved to the area and had been eyeing this spot for a while—finally decided to give it a try, and we’re so glad we did. I ordered the enchilada plate, which was super flavorful, and my boyfriend got the shrimp taco salad that was stacked with shrimp. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food totally hit the spot. The service was a little awkward at times, but everyone was friendly, so it didn’t take away from the experience too much. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Breakfast burritos steak and chorizo were so good. Our kid had pancakes and fruit bowl but he was a menace but our waitress was so nice. Lots of food for the price. Definitely will be back

Though others said slow service the food is worth it! Always good and delicious! This is NOT fast food but prepared with love! Love taco Tuesday’s. AND the Margaritas are fresh and not a mixture. Even while ordering take out I will sit there and order a Cadillac Margarita while waiting!

This place is a hidden gem. My best friend and I went for lunch during the week . When you walk in the atmosphere is really great. The decor and cleanliness so inviting. They have a beautiful bar and you can see them cooking with an open flame. We sat and were greeted instantly by a very nice waiter , who presented us a pretty menu .The chips and salsa were fantastic. I ordered their long Island ice tea cocktail. It was perfect and I left not feeling jilted for a drink that barely had alcohol. This drink was amazing. I had two crispy tacos with rice and refried beans. Delicious. My best friend had the taco salad which she said was great. The waiter was attentive and the food came out quick. I would DEFINITELY recommend MARIAS TACO AND BAR!
My husband and I went back on a Saturday and the service was still fantastic. He ordered the 2 enchiladas suzas ( shredded chicken) and he was quite pleased. So I give Maria’s Taco and Bar 5 stars .

The tortilla soup that’s listed on their menu isn’t actually available except uncertain times of the year. Staff couldn’t tell me when it would be available. I bought one super burrito which was fairly bland surprisingly, and two tortas, which was also disappointing. All had asada (steak meat), which was extremely chewy and barely edible for a person with braces on. The staff were not friendly nor helpful. There were barely any customers as is visible in the pictures, so being swamped with business was not an excuse. The decor was lovely. Almost $70 for three items that nobody enjoyed, definitely will not be back.

They have a gigantic burrito! It was decent as well. Maria’s fajita entree was decent as well. Wish we lived our service but it just didn’t meet our expectations.
