Maria’s Mexican Restaurant in Rogers, Missouri, is a fantastic spot for authentic flavors. The hot salsa immediately stood out, bold, rich, and full of flavor that lingers in the best way. The chimichanga was excellent, cooked perfectly with a crisp outside and savory filling that left me wanting more. Even the rice was delicious, though I did get the impression it might be heavy on MSG, which could be something to keep in mind. Overall, the food quality and taste were top notch, and I would definitely recommend Maria’s to anyone craving flavorful and satisfying Mexican food in the area.

TL;DR A good neighborhood Mexican place.
Stopped by on a Wednesday evening right about 5:30. I ordered to go, and the fellow was very helpful. He explained the daily special, and some dishes I was unfamiliar with (Milanesa). Friendly. I wound up with a special #1, Milanesa, and Burrito Mexicana. My sons devoured the burrito and Milanesa which seemed similar to chicken fried steak, Latin-style.
The space is bright and clean, decorated with those sweet carved benches. Seating at tables or benches. Full bar. Refreshingly, it was not full of TV screens.
3 dishes to go was a bit more than 40 dollars, and of course included delicious chips and salsa. If you are in the area and have a hankering for Mexican, they will hook you up.
Oh, and next door is a sweet other place that has more like take home options for tortillas, salsa, tamales, and the like.

Great restaurant. The service was prompt and accurate. The food was flavorful, not too spicy, and the portion size was massive. The price for the portion size was very reasonable. The chips came out fresh and crunchy. The restaurant is decorated beautifully. I highly recommend this restaurant. Everything I have had so far has been amazing!

Staff is very friendly and polite. I like music & environment. They have a plenty of space for dining and they do have bar area.
We ordered American quesadilla, Fajita Tacos, Enchilada and Spinach Chicken. I was wondered why they didn’t have Chicken Tacos, they only have fajita tacos but I am craving for regular chicken tacos.
I loved their quesadilla and Enchilada. We also tried their Jamaica drink which is good.

Served me old food, cold, covered it with Red sauce and then wiped it off because I asked for NO RED SAUCE. Tried to cover it with white cheese dip. When I called oh I am sorry I will let the kitchen know, they probably didn’t see the note for no red sauce and wiped it off!!! SO NASTY

I keep trying to find good Mexican food and keep getting disappointed. Maria’s Mexican Restaurants didn’t break the streak of bad luck. I’ve never had drier, less flavorful fajitas anywhere. No vegetables, no seasoning, and not even a tortilla to wrap what I did get in. Really disappointed after seeing photos other people shared of pretty good looking fajitas. The employees were friendly so I will say that. Edited to add we found a few pieces of onion under the meat in the boxes.

Pretty standard Tex Mex restaurant for NWA, but it’s good quality and reasonably priced! The cheese dip was great and I got the beef enchilada plate which was great as well. Staff were friendly and we were checked on frequently.
