I don’t mind paying jacks prices , but they need to learn how to fry chicken more than one time a day when I got my chicken strips they was cold and dry and small.
Same thing with the biscuits.

Non-professional- unsanitary-if I could give less than 1 star I would.
Ordered a large milkshake – which was a majority 98% milk. No one at the restaurant in line to order or in the dining area. No reason to produce a bad product. Realized as we were pulling away so backed up to the window to ask them to remake, they laughed and asked us to pull forward. (No one in the drive thru line waiting) At this time we couldn’t see them remake and the trust was lost. Only thoughts were what are they going to do to this milk shake. So we just drove away. 5$ lost

Total disaster. Dining area is not clean, and there are spilled drinks on the floor with napkins on top of them. Kitchen looks just as bad with a disgusting floor and items piled around. Had to wait over 15 minutes for two big jack combos. Staff seems totally confused and unable to perform even the most basic food service . 0/10, would not recommend visiting this location. My visit was at 11AM on 10-15-2022.

The girl at the drive through was very rude and the manager was also. The manager told me that “We do not have to serve you.” I politely said “No you do not” and drove off. I will never go back to this establishment.

The staff has had a turn over and the ones that are now at Jack’s in Roanoke, AL, are rude and the food is no longer good, and all of this would be fine if they were trying to improve but even when you complain they take up for the bad ones and that does not encourage change. They were allowed to yell out the window at a paying customer there is never any excuse for that.

When we first go there they had a long line and a few ppl walked away. That line was there for a reason because this fast food joint is pretty darn good. Burger was great, fries generously seasoned and the tenders were perfect and juicy. The restaurant itself is a bit out dated but the service is exceptional. Even tho they were busy and had a few missing items like straws and stuff Ashley at the front desk was kind when I came up with my request for additional items.
