We had such a great lunch at Maria Baja! The food was fresh and creatively presented. The salsas were especially tasty. The price for this meal was responsible and would go there again. It is off the main highway so outdoor seating is a bit noisy but easily tuned out due to the relaxed vibe from the staff.

Quite possibly the best seafood based tacos in all of Puerto Vallarta. Very reasonable prices, super fresh seafood turned into tacos or burritos, and a selection of perhaps 10 different and exceptional salsas that are provided to complement the tacos. Just be advised, seems like they are cash only.

A hidden gem. This place has some amazing food..all the plates coming out looked Michelin quality. My plate looked just as good. Colorful vibrant and fresh.
First you get a sampling of 10 salsas from sweet to spicy. And fresh chips..still with some oil from cooking.
We had the tuna poke bowl…it was massive and full of great flavor and fresh mango to fresh tuna.

Great tacos. Inexpensive and great quality tacos. The drinks were flavorful. Great place to sit down and have good quality tacos. It’s next to the highway so is a little noisy. It’s not fancy but we really enjoyed our meal. If I remember correctly they close at 6pm.

The food is fresh, the tuna tostada pictured was delicious. But the math between the portions & the prices are bit stingy. This restaurant is to try one time and done. Also the employees talk about their customers thinking they can’t hear them or understand. The waitress and the cook with glasses made a comment among themselves after I left a smaller tip based on service and experience! They taught I didn’t hear them but I did. With these type of service and prices this place wont get far. Thank you.
