I’m American-Asian & I feel like home when eating at this wonderful place. I really wish that places like this one in JC would last. I miss #MALONEY’S just few stores down the block 🙁 I don’t wanna see businesses that have been part of heart beat of Journal Square to “die”. I want all businesses to thrive in JSQ. #ILOVEJSQ & doubt me not this is coming from someone who has lived in 3 continents & has travelled the world so when I leave a 5 star review online I mean it. #support local businesses.

Amazing food and amazing staff.
My kids and I were returning to Iowa from a trip to Montreal, when we found this place. Parking is a little challenging but I promise it is worth the effort. This is where the locals go, not the tourists.

Best bagels in the morning. Best deli slices. Sandwiches are delicious. Lunch specials vary by day. My favorite is Wednesday Cavatelli with lemon chicken.

Best Italian food ever! Small store with lots of Flavor! You must try the famous Chicken Bruschetta! One taste and your hooked! Better order early, they sell out fast. Great family business where they all know your name, and in my case… my order too.

I’ve been going here for 2 years now, love it. The food is always great, I wish they made Minestrone soup during the summer. Best Minestrone I’ve ever had, add extra Parmesan if I may. Never had a bad meal here, always satisfied. If you’re lucky enough to fond an open seat to eat in, take it. These guys love to socialize and talk about what’s happening in the world. They open at 6 AM and close by 2 PM, and it’s cash only, but they have an ATM inside.
