Persiffony (not sure of the spelling) is a great server & was very knowledgeable about the area as well.
We also ordered the Nachos Volcano…. MOY BIEN lol

The food was great. The drinks were also great. We love eating at Margaritaville while on any vacation. They all have diffrent menu’s and the food is amazing. There is something for everyone including young/picky kids/toddlers. We always over order to taste diffrent things. You can order and not spend as much as we do by not adding all the extras.

The food was delicious! Perfectly cooked medium rare sirloin steak, loaded mashed potatoes, onion rings, & ceasar salad. All the sauces were tasty. I got the Blue Moon beer with an orange was fresh and perfect. Our waitress Kasey was a sweetheart and very attentive and set us up with the best advice on choosing our orders and packing us up our leftovers (food and drinks) to go so we could enjoy the rest of our lovely evening on the boardwalk looking at all the boats in the marina.

I am going to start off with the ugly: I have a real concern for cross contamination, and overall sanitation. I go into this in more detail below… but that’s why I am giving a 1 star review… it’s not great…
The hostess and waiter we had were very nice and helpful. Overall the “vibe” was really nice and chill. However the experience kind of fell apart with the food.
I dined with 2 other people. I had a medium steak, and the other 2 had the club house sandwich, and the chicken sandwich.
I don’t drink, so I just had a Coke. My coke immediately had a very pungent taste. The best way to describe it is as a mildew, almost sewage like taste/smell with a hint of sulfur/metal. It is nothing even close to tasting like just chlorinated water… if you have ever eaten at a place that does not frequently flush and clean the lines to the soda fountain, you have tasted this before. However, it is usually very faint, because it takes a long time for a biofilm to build up (because the sodium in the syrup will help with microbes)… this was so strong that I can say with confidence that the soda machine was not flushed and cleaned in years… this is very dangerous, and if I drank my pop I would have probably gotten very sick.
They obviously cook the fish in the same oil they cook the fries, and chicken. My fries had a hint of fish taste, and so did my friend’s chicken sandwich… it is a health violation to cross contaminate foods like this, and if I was allergic to fish or chicken I could have had an allergic reaction.
My steak was ok. It was a little grisly, but honestly not that bad for a sirloin. I ordered medium, mine was cooked more medium well (the picture makes the steak look WAY more red than it actually was). The steak was pretty watery, and relied heavily on the seasoning. If the steak was not $40, I would honestly be fine with this… but for 40 bucks, this needs just a little more quality control to be acceptable… an attempt at searing was made, but it was not done right, because most of the juices were gone…
I would normally have given this 3 stars, but the health and safety concerns I have need to be addressed. This is going to get someone very sick someday. I get that the place is very busy, but there are some shortcuts being made that should never happen!

Dined here last night. And I will say our server Markell was one of the best we have ever had. He was so attentive, polite and amazing . I really hope management sees this. The food was delicious and the view was amazing.

We reserved our table for 630 on a Saturday night. I had a Chipotle Steak Bowl along with the Havana Banana. Everything was amazing and karaoke was happening that night as well. It was cute but we didn’t stay for it.

Jennifer was hands down the BEST server I’ve ever had. She made our dinner more than just any ole dinner, she was super friendly & just an amazing down to earth human being! Definitely recommend asking to be seated in her section if possible!
