Absolutely fantastic Happy Hour!
My mom and I were slightly hungry while shopping in the area, after a long drive from up North. First off, let me just say… whoever decorated this place knew what they were doing. It is gorgeous! A beautiful western flare meets modern.
As for the menu. HUGE! There were so many options that we wanted to try. Ultimately, we both got the Margaritas – One blended, one on the rocks – and Nachos. Both of which were excellent and allowed us to fill up while not being overly stuffed so we could continue on shopping! 🙂
Homemade chips were fresh and hot, the salsa was good and the nacho skillet with chicken was delicious. I’m kind of picky with chicken on nachos and th3 chicken was chunks grilled to perfection.
I would absolutely love to come back here to try some of the main menu next time we make the drive south.

First, our server, Mariah, was AMAZING. Kind, thoughtful, gave excellent recommendations. Food was INCREDIBLE. When we were finished and couldn’t drink the remainder of our drinks, she offered to put them in to go containers for us to take for Home. Her friendly demeanor made our experience above and beyond!

Alejandro at Margarita Factory is hands-down our favorite server! He is always so friendly and attentive, and he genuinely makes us feel welcome every single time we come in. What really stands out is how sweet and patient he is with our son — that means so much to us as a family.
He anticipates what we need, keeps everything running smoothly, and somehow makes the whole experience feel easy and relaxed.
Honestly, he’s the best part of coming here… well, tied with the carne asada — because we absolutely love that too!

Pretty amazing we were not planning on going here we were actually heading to a near by establishment but my husband and I inhaled the amazing aroma coming from nearby and followed it to your establishment and boy were we in for a treat the service was on point atmosphere was inviting it the food was absolutely amazing the flavors were so satisfying we will definitely be back your now one of our go tos, this establishment needs to be discovered! You won’t regret it!

Looks like we got priced out. We typically order larger things and everyone gets something of everything. Food is always delicious, staff is polite and helpful. We made it a point of saying that there’s not much reason to go anywhere else if we are craving Mexican food due to increased prices across the board, and this being a tad bit pricier of an option, but a large jump in quality from what we have tried thus far.
Unfortunately it seems like shrinkflation hit and while we typically spend 100+ eating out, we all typically get our fill. Last time was different. The Al pastor which is priced at $33 which works out to about $40+ after tax and tip was probably half the size it normally is.
Again, food was delicious, staff was great. Absolutely nothing to say negative other than rising costs likely leading to downsizing. Not really the businesses fault but it was a break from expectation.
Like service fees that aren’t disclosed, while not directly affecting any one thing, sort of dampen the mood from expectation to reality.
They have been wonderful in the past, so we will likely give it another shot, maybe our last visit was a fluke, but we will probably visit with a more open mind next time and try to re-gauge expectations.

We’ve come here a few times now and we like it more and more each time. I love the carne asada and the flan is delicious. The portions are huge and I get 2-3 meals out of it. If you get chips and queso, make sure to add the queso toppings in there. Also, the drinks are huge and strong. If you have leftover margarita, they’ll pack it up for you to go. Big win.

We love to come here for quality food and margaritas. Everything tastes great. The service is excellent. Alejandro took great care of us. Even on a busy night, the timing is always reasonable. Our family loves the flexible kids menu and the clearly marked gluten free options. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are worth the price. The enchiladas verdes could use a little more sauce, but everything else is outstanding.

Just had a fantastic dining experience at the Margarita Factory in Hazel Dale. Alejandro was our server and was excellent. I had the Yucatán Chicken Chopped Salad, but substituted the Carnitas for the chicken. It was so delicious. There was a lot of Carnitas, which is marinated shredded cooked pork, and an enormous amount of salad. I couldn’t finish it. I shared it with several of the members of my table and they all loved it too.

The food here is really great. Presentation and helpings our large and beautiful. But the wait time is excessive. No one wants to wait 45 minutes for food from order time. They really need to make an effort to work on this because it isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience there

Prices are really high compared to portion size. They do have Happy Hour for food, but there’s nothing really happy about it. They charge .maybe 10% less but they give you smaller portions that the regular size. Happy Hour is supposed to be regular portion at a discount, so cutting g the portion size with price doesn’t really make sense to us. The Happy Hour special has no appeal to us anymore. Plus, drinks are only discounted 1$ off an already high price for a light draft beer or Margherita that’s made in a slushy machine.
Food was good quality, just not enough to send us back to want to pay the prices.
