What a refreshing change to Marco. I love all our restaurants but The Collier House deserves a 5 star review. Between Austin at the bar making great cosmos to Sergio at the table and then Fran wrapping up the evening, how could it not exceed expectations! The ribs far exceeded our expectations, the sides! We order the deviled eggs, excellent as well. They have obviously worked hard on sound control as it was never an issue and the space is beautiful! If you can get in and enjoy the evening it is well worth it! Congratulations to The Collier House, we appreciate you and what you’ve brought to the table!

We had a wonderful NYE dinner at Marek’s. My lobster was phenomenal and my family members enjoyed their steaks and crab cakes. We also enjoyed the deviled eggs, “drunken berries” dessert, and the “Flight Risk” and “Tequila Mockingbird” cocktails. However the best part of the experience was the service. All members of the staff were attentive and cheerful, but our server Brian made the experience wonderful with his enthusiasm and attention to detail.

We loved our time at Mareks Collier House so much that we came back three times during our vacation and we never repeat restaurants when we travel!
The vibe is just right , warm, welcoming, and relaxed. Kudos to the bartenders, Corey and Chris. They absolutely made our experience, they make fantastic drinks , they’re friendly and attentive,. They remembered us when we came back!
The food delicious, beautifully presented, and with something for everyone. We have different tastes, and it was easy for us to both find dishes we loved. Everything we tried was great. Mareks Collier House has definitely earned a permanent spot on our must-visit list whenever we’re in town. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful restaurant. However, it’s very crowded and loud. The staff is excellent. The servers work extremely hard. Every effort is made to ensure your meal is to your liking.

If you’re looking for a unique dining experience on Marco Island, try Marek’s Collier House. For starters, the upgrades and renovation are meticulously designed and executed. It’s a beautiful experience. The kitchen has a point of view, preparing flavorful Southern cuisine very well. Service is terrific and the vibe, for a brand new restaurant, is just what Marco Island needs: Upscale, fresh, and comfortable.

We were there a couple of weeks ago (twice). Both times our server was Mario. He was the absolute best! He made the dining experience worth coming back a second time (requested him). Of all of the servers we saw, he was the one who was constantly smiling and looked the friendliest. We were so lucky to have met him. We will visit again on on our next visit to Marco. Arrivederci Mario!

Had the pleasure of eating here two nights in a row. My family and I can’t believe how delicious this place is. Every single person working is so friendly and caring- it’s so nice to have found a place where every single thing you order is perfect!! This is the best place to eat on Marco Island. I recommend everything on the menu. The atmosphere is wonderful too- so beautifully decorated and clean. Thank you!!!

The delicious looking food we thought was at Pub 1105 is now at the Collier House. We discovered by accident and so happy we did. Food at the Collier House was hands down best food we’ve eaten the entire trip. We will probably eat here every night next time we’re in town. We had Grouper, which tasted like it was caught hours ago. Southern fried chicken, pork chop, meatballs, ribs, bacon, brisket burger and all were so amazingly good.

Last minute decision to stop in and we are so happy we did. Everything was great from our table to our check. Server Brian was so friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely ask for him again. Hangin Bacon sooo good! Grouper sandwich and slow cooked tacos. Also delish. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful venue but very poor food. I was surprised after reading the rave reviews. None of (party of 8) thought the food was worth returning for. Grilled Caesar salads (not sure the lettuce ever touched a grill) meatballs (no flavor whatsoever and dry) gumbo (one clam in the bowl and no flavor)

Grouper (extremely overcooked and zero flavor.)
