Easily a 5 star review I sat and waited for a pie and it was very delicious! And even better the customer service was exceptional!!!! As I waited I was offered a nice lemon water and was greeted twice was told that the business was started in 1955…. Wow good job for that and again thank you for the feeling of being welcomed in the restaurant

Delicious Italian restaurant. [Please note that there is another establishment, also named Marechiaro’s, in East San Diego County, but it is not related to this restaurant.] The most important component to an Italian restaurant is its marinara sauce — and Marechiaro’s sauce tastes homemade and flavorful. It goes well on the pastas, baked dishes, and pizzas. The pasta dishes are delicious, but I tend to favor the pizza. Other tasty dishes of note are the eggplant parmesan (I was told by a New Yorker that this version was the best they ever tasted), meatball sandwich, and the cheesy garlic bread appetizer. They use fresh bread for their sandwiches and garlic bread and it makes all the difference. In all, this is lovely Italian restaurant.

Oh Yum! Family style Italian. We have gone here several times with large groups, they are always very accommodating. The family style is nice. The food is amazing, pizza, ravioli, bread and salad. Everything taste fresh and homemade. Prices are great! They keep it really cool inside too!

Classic old school Italian ristorante featuring a wide menu selection. The service was prompt and friendly and the food was delish. Serving sizes were plentiful especially the salads. Highly recommend Marechiaros 2nd Street.

The best Italian food I have ever tasted. My favorite was the white sauce versus the red, but that’s just personal opinion. The sausage and garlic bread was amazing. The staff went above and made sure our every need was met. The canole was a taste of heaven. Will be back to visit many more times. Thank You for taking such good care of us.
