It’s amazing, I been eating here now for a few years but every time I get a $10 dollar coupon after buying almost every other Sunday. We seem to get our pizza cold and delivered by DoorDash. It sucks cuz both time it happened I called back and a rude girl picks up and yells at me for my pizza not arrive almost 2 hours later. Honestly Marcos you guys have good pizza but for some reason your employees think it’s funny to act as if I’m not a loyal customer, you guys have lost my business. We downloaded slice. We had pizza delivered tonight…1st they were out of the deep pan dough crust which was fine. We just substituted it…we got out pizza delivered the driver was rude basically shaved the pizzas in my hand, we opened the boxes, pizzas all messed up and oil is built in the box. Very disappointed. Went to call the store was on hold for over 5 minutes till I hung up. We have ordered multiple times from them and this is by far the worst delivery and pizza.

I want to give a big shoutout and thank you to Aymun (I hope I spelled his name right). I had a party at the Rio Hotel. My pizza plans fell through the day before event and I frantically searched up pizza places near the hotel. I found Marco’s pizza (I’ve always loved their pizza but it’s been a while since I lived close to one). Aymun answered and guaranteed he can take care of our party needs. He was so professional and really soothed my anxiety. Day of party, I called the store early morning- 2 hours before it opened, and he just picked everything for me and made suggestions on everything. I was super overwhelmed while preparing and I almost cried at the fact that this man made it so easy for me. Thank you, Aymun, for all your help!! We need more of you in this world. The delivery guy was also awesome. He delivered it to the party room inside the Rio. Thank you, Marco’s Pizza for saving my party!

I ordered the Pizza with 2 pepperoni types and 2 sausage types this man didn’t put my order in right then I he said he would warm the sausage up and just toss it on the pizza which I was fine with but he still .eased that up and only gave me one sausage then it was cold like cmon bro l. I usually ordered from this location because the pizza was decent. But after this experience, I’m done. I ordered a Hawaiian Chicken pizza and got something completely different — BBQ sauce, no ham, no bacon. I called right away, and the employee said I’d get a refund and could come pick up a new pizza. The problem is I ordered for the office during peak tax season — we couldn’t leave. A few days later, the general manager called and said he would process the refund… but almost a week has passed and nothing. What’s worse, he didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the mistake. And the pizza they sent? Honestly, it was terrible.
