Freddie really came through for us yesterday. We arrived a little early for our order and found him working quickly AND ALONE to serve everyone. Having been in that position before working fast food, I felt for him. He was super cool, very apologetic, promised he’d have our order up as fast as he could and was a perfect profession in spite of the circumstances. Freddie should get a raise and a promotion in my humble opinion. 100% satisfied.

First time trying this place. The lady behind the counter was rude, when I asked if I could have a glass of water she ignored me and asked if I even had an order. Eventually snapped at me that they don’t have water. There was bottled water, but it wasn’t offered. The employees were vaping right outside the store, then went straight to the make line without washing their hands. To top it off the pizza was meh. Chewy crust…

I’ve ordered from here several times and unfortunately this time was terrible. I placed an order online to be delivered by 5:30 pm. I got 2 confirmation emails saying it would be delivered by then. Around 5:00 I got a text saying a dasher was waiting for my order there then all of the sudden it said cancelled. I called the store and the manager told me my order was waiting to be picked up and they only had one delivery driver. So I said I’ll just come pick it up, I’ll be there in 15 minutes. I also had to load up my 2 hungry small children…When I was almost there I got a text from a door dasher saying they were on the way to my house. Frustrated, I called the store again and asked which one it was? After a long time of them going back and forth trying to figure it out, she decided that someone picked it up. I was told by the manager that if it didn’t get delivered that she would hand deliver it. But that wasn’t the point, I had two hungry kids, an order that nobody knew where it was and OH, my food was all cold by the time it got to me at 5:45. I will now be second guessing coming to this Marcos. Which sucks because their food is pretty decent.

Marcos has a great pizza. The only problem is the woman taking the orders. I was trying to teach my eight year old son how to place an order for delivery, and he got hung up on. I typically would t leave a review for a one off happenstance, but I’ve talked to her before and was greeted with the same disrespect. They’ve also dropped off pizzas to my house and have never rang the doorbell, knocked, nothing. As I said earlier, they have a great pizza, but it would appear they could not care any less about the hand that feeds.
As a franchise owner myself, I understand the importance of good customer service. It’s quite clear to me that the owner of this place is uninvolved.or doesn’t care. I went ahead and took my business to dominos. It’s not THAT different, and me and my son were treated with respect.

We ordered from this location online for delivery and one of the pizzas we got accidentally had an item that there was an allergy to, we called the resturaunt to let them know and see if they can make us another and they were so kind and understanding. They offered us an order of cinnamon squares for the trouble and delivered it out again, free of charge. When the order arrived it not only had the replacement pizza and cinnamon squares, but a whole other bonus pizza, along with a cute note on the box explaining that the replacement pizza ‘wasn’t good enough so you get 2!’
