Did carry out, so we could check the place out. But i think there is free delivery . Which is nicely organized clean and the customer service was great and w a smile easy parking. Not sure on dine in or not.

Food is good but service needs work. I had a their calzone special delivered to the office today which came with a drink. However, after getting back to my desk I noticed the drink was not what I ordered. I even double checked my receipt because I have made mistakes in clicking the wrong button before. I called the restaurant and was told the driver could bring the correct one and switch it out for the wrong one. I asked the gentleman on the phone to have the driver text me when he got here since I worked in the back and I was told that they would have him do that. I got a text a few minutes later from the receptionist saying my drink was delivered. When I went up to the front desk to get it the drink was there and no delivery driver. The front desk receptionist stated the driver was very rude and irritated that he had to come back.

We usually have a good experience with Marco’s. This was our first time ordering from this location, so maybe we just caught them on an off night. With that said, the cheese was definitely spoiled on all 3 pizzas and Cheezybread. We will likely stick with our usual location next time.

Put in an order for a pepperoni pizza on a Monday night at 5:12 to be picked up at 6:30. I show up at 6:32. Wait about 3-4 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Finally someone comes, no pizza ready. 4 people come in after me and pick up their orders. Finally an employee confirms they haven’t even started mine. I ordered far in advance so that I could quickly pick it up while my kids were in the car. My one simple pepperoni pizza was finally done and handed to me at 6:54. 23 minutes waiting at the store on a slow weeknight after putting in an order over an hour before pickup time.

Pre made pizza bowl. Not fresh or hand made. They didn’t nuke it long enough- barely warm when delivered. Same as grocery store frozen pizza you put in the microwave at home.

This location is awful. Several times I’ve ordered from these guys and they’ve gotten my order wrong or they just simply forget to make the order. The staff are terrible and don’t care about their customers at all. Don’t buy your pizza from here.

I ordered on line for carry out. Got there and they forgot to cook one of my pizza’s. So at that time I asked if the garlic butter I ordered and paid for was in there. They said yes. So I waited for the other pizza to be cooked. When I got my full order I again asked if the garlic butter was in there, they said yes. What do you know, got home and no garlic butter! I wouldn’t be so mad but I was charged for it! Had to wait for all of my order and still not right! Cherry on top was both ranch sauces were open and all over the breadsticks! Not a very happy customer!!

When you order no pizza sauce, white sauce instead and get a pizza with no sauce at all just a disgusting amount of cheese. I think they see no pizza sauce and don’t read the rest. This location is horrid for mistakes. I’m use to my ogden location, since I’ve moved here each order is horrible and I’m officially done now with marcos because of it! Its not that hard to read it really isn’t not everyone like red sauce!
