I cannot say enough great things about this location! This location knows how to treat their customers! Zeb the manager and Casey provided just TOP TIER customer service. I previously worked in the pizza biz for 4 years and have been in customer service for 12 years and the staff here goes above and beyond to make dining in at this location a cool and memorable experience. The pizza speaks for itself but honestly some of the best pizza I’ve had is at Marcos, my daughter couldn’t stop talking about how good the pizza was. We can’t wait to go back!

Zeb is the GM at this location. What a great place. Everyone there looked like they love their job and that carried through the whole experience! Stopped here for dinner with my son and had a great meal! Pizza was delicious and really enjoyed talking with Zeb. I highly recommend this location and will be back again soon!

So we arrived and went up to the counter to place an order and the woman behind the counter was in the middle of a personal phone call and never acknowledged our existence until we said hi, she finally said “What can I get you” and I asked what sort of pizzas they serve. Due to one of the menu boards being burnt out and not working I wasn’t able to see what pizzas there were available and she seemed super annoyed I’d ask such a question and I explained that there are different pizzas per different pizza joint and wasn’t sure what other ones they had since I couldn’t view them. She finally took my order and as I walked away she got back on her phone with someone and said “hey” and when I turned around she waved me away as to tell me that she wasn’t talking to me and proceeded to talk to someone on her phone. Extraordinarily rude customer service, awful atmosphere as there was nobody here and the floors and booths were dirty as all hell. It also appears that the back kitchen possibly took a small miniscule slice out of our pizza and tried to spread the rest of the pie out to cover it up. Overall I hope nobody ever goes here and avoids this place until some form of management is in place steps up and fixes how they run things or new management is taken into place. Pizza was decent but not worth the $30 price tag for a meat XL pizza. Definitely avoid at ALL COSTS.
Edit : It has been 3 months since I’ve been to this establishment and since filing a complaint, I have not been reached out to to rectify this issue in any sort of way and it seems like other people have experienced the same thing. Super disappointed with the corporate food chain on this. They don’t give a crap about anybody else but themselves

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but our visit to Marco’s Pizza was absolutely worth mentioning! The last time I had Marco’s (a few years back for takeout), it was pretty mediocre, so my expectations weren’t high… but wow, what a difference this time around!
My husband and I stopped in on a Friday night while in the Westminster area for a quick bite, and right from the start, we were impressed. The staff were incredible—friendly, attentive, and clearly enjoying what they do. We ordered a large Deluxe pizza, and not only was the price very reasonable, but the food was fantastic. The crust was crisp on the bottom and thick around the edges, perfect for holding all the generous toppings.
The restaurant itself has a fun, welcoming atmosphere with games for families and adults alike. There’s corn hole, darts, a pool table, and even Donkey Kong! Outside, the patio area is inviting and warmed with heat lamps—great for cooler evenings.
I chatted briefly with one of the employees and learned that management had changed since my last visit. You can definitely tell! The improvements in both food quality and customer service are outstanding. We’ll definitely be back soon—Marco’s has earned a spot on our favorites list!

We had an issue with a big order back in October 2025. I contacted the store and found out that they were transitioning into a new district manager and general manager as there had been issues. After talking with the new district manager we were given a credit to use on a future order. Well we used the credit this past weekend for a party and we could not be happier. This management team stepped up not only making us feel they really care about their customers but making sure we got our order timely and correct. I have to say the pizza is the best delivery as it’s fresh and made with quality ingredients and of course taste great. I would highly recommend this location and please give this new management team a second chance as they are great people and actually care about your experience and the quality of the food. We will continue ordering or going to this location in the future! Greg
