I’ve ordered from this location a few times, and every time it’s a disappointment. From staff who has acted like it’s an inconvenience that I’m there to pick up my pizza because I interrupted his text conversation, to pizza that looks carelessly made. Cheese that doesn’t quite cover the pizza; a pretzel crust that was disgustingly oversalted throughout the entire pizza (not just the crust) and always Crazy Bread that’s bone dry.
I’m sorry, but this is just about the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. Which is unfortunate because I love Little Caesar’s.

I visited the location at 9:30pm. I placed an order for 1 large two topping pizza (old fashioned pepperoni and bacon) and 2 pepperoni pizza puffs. I waited the normal 10 minutes for my order and when I walked in, the guy that took my order, it took him 5 minutes to come back to the counter to give me my order and he informed me that he burnt one set of my pizza puffs because he was in the back watching his TV show and left them in the oven too long and told me it will be 8 minutes for fresh ones to come out or I can get a steak and cheese set of puffs instead. The steak and cheese puffs were also burnt and did not taste cooked all the way. I did not appreciate the service. The guy who took my order was an African American Male with black curly hair in a short Afro. And there was a lady that was sitting in the window with a wig cap on talking on the phone when I arrived then proceeded to go outside on the phone. He looked about 6 feet tall as well he didn’t have on a name tag. I would like to be refunded for my order as I was not satisfied all around.

I just went to buy 3 pizzas to the girl at the reception I told her I want the 3 with the edges filled with cheese and she only charged me. 1 bank filled with good cheese until there everything is fine she said it would take 30 minutes it’s okay wait and when she receives I went to my house. Fresh and bright atmosphere, follows an orange and white color combination which feels inviting yet refreshing. Wait time was a little long, but it was a busy Saturday evening so it’s fair to consider that. Pretzel pizza was marvelous. The cheese was nacho cheese and the crust felt crunchy.

Just left this place and couldn’t believe how slow it was on a Saturday!! No one seemed to know what was going on! I ordered a deep dish pizza and it was horrible!! The cheese pizza was old and had been sitting for awhile. I watched them take two orders of oven roasted wings that had been sitting in the warmer add buffalo sauce to them and heat them up and packed them for my order. There was barely any sauce on them. Please check you’re order before you leave and also before you order ask if they have any fresh Hot pizza available!! This was for my daughter’s birthday party and now we’re waiting on papa John’s to bring us fresh pizza and wings!!!!

If you are going to buy a Pizza from Little Caesars make sure you see your pizza before taking it home, our pizza was full of dripping fat and had almost no cheese and by the way is an extra cheese pizza, it’s the second time it happens, the first time we thought that the cook had a bad day and we let it go, but this time is the last straw! I know it costs only $ 6 dollars but the price is not them customers.

My family and I had a horrible day and we waiting on our pizza and breadsticks to come. The delivery was quick, but the food was raw. I spit it out and told my kids not to eat it. My wife Is taking the food back to the store on Western Blvd. We are figuring something else out for dinner. I guess when it rains it pours. On our last order, they forgot the buffalo wings. That’s why I didn’t order it this time. Maybe next time I’ll just order some sauce.

Wish I could give a Zero rating ! Used app for delivery, with no mention of delivery being DoorDash, received raw dough and had a hair in the middle !! C Blanc, manager, told me there was nothing she could do besides write my name down and replace it if I ever made my way around to the store… so the food I paid for was not replaced or re delivered to me.

It pains me to give it one star as this is my kids’ favorite pizza. This is the 2nd time we have ordered from this location. We will no longer be a customer here. In short, the store manager needs to be fired. The employees are not making quality products and the manager bears responsability. Please, LC listen to our complaints and provide better service and improve your quality.
