Fresh and bright atmosphere, follows an orange and white color combination which feels inviting yet refreshing. Wait time was a little long, but it was a busy Saturday evening so it’s fair to consider that. Pretzel pizza was marvelous. The cheese was nacho cheese and the crust felt crunchy.

Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had with this place. I have been working all day, I have three kids at home so I decided to stop and get pizza for dinner so it was easy. I get all the way home and open the food to give to my kids and THIS is what was given to me. I am so disappointed in this place. When I tried to call the store no one would pick up the phone.

Decent pizza – not much available in the Hot n Ready cases – server uninspired to void my order so I could change it to a different thing (of greater value), so I left it as it was. No place to sit while waiting so they rolled up commercial rugs and set them on the window sills to sit on. Clever and functional, a little tacky but funny.

Do not go to this little ceasers. You will wait anywhere from 30min(if you’re lucky) to an hour. The pizza is literally almost burnt even though it just got out of the oven… This place needs training asap, please! For now, the one on Yopp Rd and next to Ollie’s has good service and the pizza is NOT BURNT OR DRY. OHH and your wait time won’t be an hour. Kudos to the one next to Ollie’s! She was all by herself and she was hustling and when she said 9 minutes for the pizza to be done, she meant 9 minutes.

I purchased 3 pizzas and I asked for it to be redone because the pizza looked like it was done in a hurry making all the ingredients go to one side of the pizza leaving a lot of sauce and bread on the other side. The person that I asked was the lady that has about 5 piercing or so on her face. She said ok just wait 10 min. When I came back I was courteous and gratefully thanked her. When I got home she had given me the same 3 pizzas that I asked to be redone. I feel like I was made a mockery. I don’t think that customers should be lied to and make the customers situation inconvenient by having to return a third time to the store to fix the problem. I had explained that my kids are picky eaters and wouldn’t eat the bread and sauce alone. Since the pizzas were not redone I had to order pizza hut so that everyone can get an even slice with ingredients on it not just bread and sauce as well as hot. I only live 7 minutes away and I always returned home with hot pizza but not this time. My order number is= 932, Transaction reference is= 221143355

My family and I had a horrible day and we waiting on our pizza and breadsticks to come. The delivery was quick, but the food was raw. I spit it out and told my kids not to eat it. My wife Is taking the food back to the store on Western Blvd. We are figuring something else out for dinner. I guess when it rains it pours. On our last order, they forgot the buffalo wings. That’s why I didn’t order it this time. Maybe next time I’ll just order some sauce.

Probably the worst Little Caesars we have ever dealt with. They are insanely slow. I ordered at 5:08 online with a 5:24-5:32 pickup range. I arrived at 5:30, and then stood inside until 5:58! And somehow… after them not having my order ready and Im waiting, ALL of our pizzas were burnt. How does that even happen if youre trying to get these out on time? Not to mention, they werent cut through.

My half toppings was just scattered in the middle of my pizza. My pizza wasn’t even cut all the way I had like 2 regular slices of pizza and the rest were just not cut. My crazy bread also was just given to us smooshed and not even the normal breadsticks.. they were half the size. I also watched the server stick her fingers in my cold cheese sauce.

Ordered the Pretzel Bundle for $9.99 ($10.70~ after tax) comes with a Pretzel Pizza and a side of crazy bread. The employee running the cash register had no idea what I was talking about but instead of admitting to it she instead said,”Oh, yeah.” And then rung me up for both of the items separate which is a dollar more. It pains me to give it one star as this is my kids’ favorite pizza. This is the 2nd time we have ordered from this location. We will no longer be a customer here. In short, the store manager needs to be fired. The employees are not making quality products and the manager bears responsability. Please, LC listen to our complaints and provide better service and improve your quality.
