Always had a great order from this location. Made the mistake once of not checking the pizza before leaving the restaurant and received the wrong order. Called the restaurant and they already had a new order being prepped for pickup. Great service, really appreciate the quick turnaround and acknowledgement of the mix up.

They were late in a scheduled delivery. Had 20 people sitting around waiting for their pizza. If it was just ordered that would be understandable but it was scheduled and that should be priority.

Whenever this manager Riley on duty, please do not order. She is always getting the order mixed up. She had done it to mine. My kids have food allergies and my son is autistic. I pacifically said no mushrooms or bell peppers. She totally ignored me. Thank God that my son did not eat it Because we would’ve ended up at the hospital. I had spoke to another employee who totally apologize and was willing to correct the situation by replacing my order correctly or a refund, which I said, I will come back another time then again Riley over, interrupted my previous conversation with the other manager and explain to me while laughing that there is nothing she can do. I told her I can bring her back the food in the receipt that I don’t want a replacement order or a refund. I want to speak to her boss supervisor She laughed and said that there is no one other higher than her and there is no corporate. She is very rude does not fit for this job disrespectful and polite and mature also other employees had said She’s rude to them as well always taking breaks to go smoke parsing the food without washing her hands or using gloves they expect that she is under the influence of some thing and not worthy of holding a job let alone a family friendly place however, this is my community I own homes businesses volunteer for my community for over 15 years. I know that things have changed throughout the years, but we cannot have people like this, preparing our children’s food and working in our community where we work so hard for and pay high property taxes to hold this may concern if she is not fired as soon as possible. I will take further action against this along with my friends and family workers who are employees of our HO in town hall. again, when she is on duty, the food comes out, always cold, wrong and uncooked

Where is the sauce supposed to be on this pizza??? This is the third time I have tried to order a Alfredo thin crust pizza from Marco’s and had this issue. We love down the road and order from here all the time and this is always how their thin crust has been. And they have no option online for extra sauce.

On 12/20, I paid for wings that arrived completely dry with no sauce. I called immediately and was promised a credit on my phone number. When I called today (1/4) to use it with my delivery, the manager, Tania, was incredibly condescending. She claimed there was no credit, and when I told her the date of the mistake, she said she was working that shift. When I suggested she simply verify the staff from that day to confirm my story, she actually gave me a sarcastic laugh and told me “that would take some work.”
​I told her I have a time-stamped photo of the original mess-up, but she continued to treat me like I was lying to get something for free. At that point, I was so disgusted by her attitude that I told her to forget the wings and cancel my entire online order. She then claimed she “couldn’t” cancel online orders anymore.
​She finally said she’d send the wings just to “call it even,” then had the nerve to ask, “So you don’t want free wings?” I had to explain to her that they aren’t “free”—it’s a replacement for what I paid for and didn’t receive on the 20th. To be laughed at and spoken to with that much sarcasm over a $10–$12 order is pathetic. Tania did eventually send the wings with the delivery, but the damage is done. I don’t support businesses that treat loyal customers like scammers. Take your money elsewhere.

I love Marcos but it really shows sometimes how much people just work their jobs to the bare minimum and thats all no heart inbolved for customers lotalty or mess ups to keep customers. I placed an order online and my husband arrived just 5 minutes at the most 10 min early the employee said that the order doesn’t show up until the time the pizza was supposed to be done. This is ridiculous sounding because the orders should be started a little before the time of arrival for customer otherwise customer would be standing there to long. So they shooed my husband away after and he came home empty handed. So I had to come to the restaurant to verify order it’s not really far but not close either. An employee just covered for another employee he did admit fault I told him it was my birthday. That doesn’t make someone feel better after spending 50 dollars on their order and extra gas money to get their own delivery.
