Ordered buffalo wings and the triple pepperoni magnifico for the price and this was the quality I received.. the wings were barely cooked and had no buffalo sauce flavor at all the pizza was ok. I expected better for the price I paid

One of our favorite local pizza restaurants In Richmond. They have gluten free options and more. We have done delivery and pickups for pizza and every time they were spot on. Dine in option too.
Knowing how hard it is to find gluten free safe places we were happy to have found Marcos. The pizza is really good, delivery is fast, counter service spot on and more.
Definitely put them at the top of our local go to list for gluten free eats.
Small but quaint dining area. Handicap accessible parking and building. While there are no changing tables in the mens room- parking is close enough for emergency changing .
They seem keen about gluten issues and are always on point with seemingly complex pizza orders- seemingly endless topping and combo options.

I absolutely love Marco’s Pizza! Their cheese pizza is phenomenal, every slice is perfectly cheesy and delicious. What really stands out, though, is their wonderful community spirit. They occasionally offer free pizza to the people praying at the mosque, and it’s such a heartwarming gesture. It’s clear they really appreciate and value the entire community. Highly recommend checking them out!

Ordered from this Marco’s Pizza and specifically requested not to have the pizza well-done. What we received was completely burnt. When we raised the issue, the staff was extremely rude and even made snarky comments. Very disappointing experience—would not recommend. Beware!

When I came in today 7:30p there was just one worker (that I could see). This guy was super nice took orders and made the pizza. He seems like he genuinely cares about his job. Management/ owners make sure to support your employees and properly staff your store. Obviously I dont know the whole story, but I know there was a good worker all alone.

***Update*** I’m unsure why this location puts out coupons since they either won’t work with you on the GF option, or even honor the coupon for a regular pizza. Tonight I called to order a medium regular crust pizza with 1 topping for $6.99 carry-out, per their website coupon. Well after talking to 2 different people on the phone both telling me they don’t have that coupon (see attached photo) they finally honored it. If another pizza place nearby gets a similar or better GF crust I will be switching over. Until that time I’ll have to deal with the headaches of this location. It’s a shame because their pizza is pretty good, but customer service dropped them from a 4 star review to a 2 star.

Marco’s is one of the few pizza places in our area that has a really good Gluten Free pizza. I gave 3 stars because they don’t offer Gluten Free on their online ordering system, which means I have to call them. They also don’t honor coupons for their Gluten Free crust. I offered for them to tack on the difference in crust cost after the coupon, but they wouldn’t. So it’s nice that they offer Gluten Free, but it doesn’t seem like they really care about making it easy, or giving any coupons for those of us with a medical issue.

Pizza looks perfect and tastes absolutely delish!! Family loves it!
Heard great things. Got the wild pepperoni one, with 2 different pepperoni. I liked the big toppings, the pizza looked delicious and tasted good. The sauce is not all that though. That’s the only not all that, the sauce. Everything else was great.

We are usually a house divided on pizza we go back-and-forth between Domino’s and pepperonis. Luckily, we discovered Marcos today and it changed the game. The pizza is home made crust the sauce is extremely good. Literally walked in to grab a cheese pizza to go and took a bite before we left the door and had to turn around and order a large pepperoni and a cheesy bread. You won’t be disappointed.!
