My experience was great here. Right when I entered I was greeted with a loud welcome to firehouse. The customer service was great and the food was good too. Tyler and Kyle helped me pick out my subs since this was my first time being here. They were very nice and respectful. Definitely well raised boys. My food came quick and hot aswell! Would definitely recommend this place!

Terrible customer service from staff there. This franchise needs to be shut down!!! Or have the entire team gutted and same goes for the general manager! Will NEVER step foot in this location again!! How does one allow the type of behavior at this establishment!!!! Food is trash!! Worst location I’ve been to and I’ve been going to firehouse from all over the coast. I have never had a bad experience at Firehouse until today…. I waited almost 30 mins for 2 subs and some soup! They were not overly busy at all and had plenty of employees working, the employees were fighting with each other!! I get home and the subs were falling apart, the topping were all out side the bread, so much sauce the bread was soggy! Bad, bad experience
