We ordered a Deluxe w thick crust and black olives but our pizza was full of cheese….. Not enough meat n veggies. To top it off it wasn’t even cut all the way through. Me n my hubby had to come home and throw it in the air fryer to make it manageable. Like seriously too much cheese!!!!! We were very disappointed cause we had gave it a lot of thought and decided to come here instead of Dominos but it didn’t hit like the first time. Super disappointed ☹️

I ordered a large pizza with white sauce, mushrooms and spinach. The pizza is cut into little squares so as I ate the first corner, I noticed it was bland, but I figured it was due to me eating the corner slice. So, I proceed to eat the second slice and I taste no sauce whatsoever. I called the store to inform them that I didn’t taste any sauce on my pizza. The worker who answered stated that the sauce is placed on the crust in a “spiral” so it’s not spread out like regular pizza sauce. That makes no sense to me, and if that’s your practice, there should be a disclaimer when ordering. Now, I’m sitting here with a bland and dry pizza. Such a disappointment

I ordered 2 pizzas from this location and it was sent in at 11:49pm and they close at 12am. It was Valentines Day and I wanted to feed a few of my coworkers. At 11:50pm, a worker from Marcos called me and stated that he can’t fulfill my order because they already cleaned up. He then asked where my location was and said I wouldn’t get there on time even though I was only 8 minutes away. This was upsetting.

Had our order in 30mins delivered. Unfortunately something happened and it arrived smashed and to one side. I quickly called and immediately they remade the order. The smells alone, as we waited, for the remake was enough to know this was gonna be good. The remake arrived quickly and the same driver delivered and apologized. Someone had stopped all of a sudden in front of him and so he had to stop, glad he’s okay..nice kid. Omg the pizza is amazing!! So damn good. The chicken dippers are huge and we loved their buffalo, garlic and jalapeño ranch sauces. We will definitely order again. Yes, they have Pepsi products but we opted for a Dr Pepper . Win win all around.
