I stopped by this location at 7715 Farm to Market 1960, Humble, TX, and I had such a pleasant experience that I felt it deserved a review.
Miss Jubilee at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy from the moment I walked in. You can genuinely see how hardworking she is. she handled everything with professionalism while still keeping a beautiful smile on her face. It’s not easy to stay upbeat in customer service all day, but Jubilee truly makes it look effortless.
Great customer service makes a big difference, and she definitely made mine better. Thank you, Jubilee, for your kindness and dedication.

Ever since Papa John’s keeps letting me down. I rather support a pizza joint that doesn’t mess up my orders and cooks my food on time. Great toppings, Great Pizza. And super close to the house. This is my new pizza place to order from, from now on!!

I ordered two large pizzas; one all meat with original crust and the second one was the deluxe with thin crust. I didn’t like that they use canned mushrooms. This was my first time trying this restaurant. It’s better than Lil Cesar’s, but not better than Papa John’s in my opinion. I was able to utilize the special buy one get one ordering online Tuesday special. Very satisfied with the price. Especially since I didn’t know how I’d feel about it. It’s located in a new strip area with plenty of parking. My pizza was ready within 15 mins. I wanted to try the wings maybe in the future.

Ordered online..like we normally do. 45 min later I get a call from the non English speaking driver. He was lost, thought he was parked in front of our house. NO HE WAS NOT i called the store and spoke to the manager GABE. The manager had to call the driver. Ask me to text our address to the driver, which the driver had on our ticket! Worse service ever

Not sure what’s been going on with this location lately. Within a half mile from location. Pizza still arrived cold and an hour late. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. Very disappointed. If I wanted cold, low-quality pizza, I could’ve gone to Little Caesars.
