Sevice is very very bad here. They give false food offer and when customer ask, the cashier just smiles and tell offer is not there today. We visited this Friday today to get 3 dosa offer and cashier just smiled and said offer is not there on weekend and when I asked today is Friday, he told today is weekend. What a foolish. There advertise clearly shows the offer is for Monday – Friday and we travelled far distance to here.
Last time they took Fish Biriyani offer and after 15 min came back and said it was not there, and later offer Hyd Mutton Biriyani and after 15 min came back and told we don’t have that too. We have Keema Biriyani. They have made a joke to customer.
First few times, I liked food here but due to their very very poor service I am boycotting this going forward and suggest others to avoid this shop

I ordered Pepper Chicken and Goat Biryani through DoorDash. Unfortunately, both dishes were below average. The biryani tasted more like ready-made mixed rice rather than a freshly prepared, flavorful dish. The pepper chicken felt more like dry Chicken 65 and didn’t have the expected taste or texture.
I was genuinely disappointed because I had heard great things about this place. Maybe it was just an off day, but based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. I’m sorry to leave a negative review, but I wanted to share my honest feedback.

This was my second time here, the first time the food wasn’t so good but the customer service guys was welcoming. This time we had ordered mysore bonda and kheema mutton biryani. The mysore bonda was not the original one it was like mixture of idly batter and all purpose flour with onions and stuff I told them that this was not the original thing and I didn’t liked it. The person in the front desk was very rude while I was passing he told me that you said the food wasn’t good but we eat the whole thing which was very annoying. I told him this is not the way you make it I can show any where on internet that how to make mysore bonda and he said we don’t know how to cook and at the end he said that it was the style they make it. I also mentioned that we work so hard and if the food isn’t good we can’t throw it away because we pay 9.99$ for that which wasn’t worth. The front desk guy was very rude, I never recommend this place anymore and my friend who came along with me had diarrhea because of the mysore bonda. The biryani was like an old stock which had lot of oil and it was like mess to have food. The man is really rude and didn’t know how to take care of customers. If they make they own style why would they name as mysore bonda. Never recommend this place anymore.

We order Biryani and Apollo fish. Apollo fish was really delicious and came out perfect. However the chicken Biryani was so horribly dry and tasted old. It came out cold and taste was so bad. We complaint to person who took our order, they are keep saying it is not old and it’s perfect.

I came here today with my friends to have mutton keema biryani and mysore bonda. The taste wasnt good we told to the person in front desk and he was very rude with us and he was telling the food was according to their style so why would you guys make the name as mysore bonda you can make your own dishes. This was very rude and he was also talking rubbish if the food was not good why would we eat , it doesn’t make sense that the food wasn’t good should go into trash after paying 9.99$ for that. This was really very rude you have your signature dish name them accordingly but never mess up with the dishes which are authentic. The guy was really very rude and upon my stomach was sick after eating the bonda which was a mixture of idly batter and all purpose flour which we could look at the preparation while it was prepared. Very poor customer service and also food. Never and ever recommend this restaurant. They just keep the name as hyderabad bawarchi and they aren’t providing the authentic taste.

This is our second time ordering from Bawarchi and we truly love the authentic food, customer service, and catering service. We catered biryani for a party and all the guests highly complimented the taste of the biryani! Definitely recommend this to others!

I ordered the goat biryani, but the meat was lamb, It was not a goat. Just a warning to the OWNER be honest if you don’t have a Goat , say no. But do not try to sell Lamb biryani as a goat biryani this could be a big legal issue.

It used to serve one of the best biryanis. But now it serves the fried biryani, not actual biryani.
There is no keema in keema biryani. It’s only the overcooked rice with some spices. Because of the one-time bad experience, I won’t stop coming and will come again and again. I hope it will be fixed soon.
