Man, oh man, where do I even begin. This is the fine dining of South Houston right here. This one particular employee, I believe his name was Thanuj Muppidi, provided me with excellent service. Just being in his presence just made me feel at home, and I knew the pizza was going to be splendid. Man was I right. Words cannot go to describe the bomb of umami I experienced. A masterful display of texture and taste, this Marco’s Pizza presents a sumptuous gastronomic experience, defying casual expectations of a chain establishment. I’m giving them 5 stars BECAUSE they messed up! Not only does Marco’s make an amazing pizza, they fix their mistakes with courtesy and respect to the customer! This is a HUGE issue in the restaurant business today. Many blame the customer.
In the past I’ve sent a pizza back for a little extra crisp and they did it without question.

This location is within walking distance from our neighborhood, and while we usually order delivery, I decided to pick up our order today. Upon entering, I was immediately hit by a strong body odor that lingered throughout the space. It left a negative impression regarding the personal hygiene of the staff preparing the food.

This place was wonderful! The highlight of my experience was this one worker, I asked him what his name was and he said he was Thanuj. He was a super nice worker and we got to chatting about school, I didn’t know but we go to the same school! I had a great time talking to him, and the pizza was a nice cherry on top. Hooray for Thanuj!!!

So to start,my reason for 4 stars(on service)is simply because i went on a night it was PACKEDDD(im talking door dinging every few minutes lol),but understand that their is only so many pizzas and workers to stretch! I waited for a hour and maybe a half added on but i was there to support my sons school! Pizza was very good,loved the slight sweetness to the sauce(got pepperoni). Would definitely go again based on that! Shout out to all the workers who dealt with the crowd and the ONE lady who just couldnt get it ♀️

Service here is very poor. My online order quoted a 20 minutes cook time, when I arrived 30 minutes later I was told that my order would be another 10 minutes. The gentleman at the counter asked one of the cooks how long the order would take and the cook gave him attitude about it.

I buy Marcos once a week for my kids because this has became one of their pizza favorite and this is the third time in a row they have disappointed!!!! I just ordered a xl pizza with a order of cheese bread. The pizza taste old and the cheese bread is literally straight bread with none of their garlic or Parmesan like they normally load on there. I will not be back

Normally we get a good product but the last 2 times we ordered online they have messed up my wife’s salad. 2 times in a row is not good service. The instructions are typed out on the receipt and they still mess up. I.e. no cheese, only turkey and we get salad loaded with cheese and ham.
