I came to the Little Pink Food Truck with food in my hand from someone else so I wasn’t ready to order anything. However, once I saw the menu and talked to the owners, Julie and Taylor. I had to try something. I got the fries and opted for the twice-cooked french fries and got the Sauce with the Mushroom oil (sorry forgot what it was named as I was licking it out of the bottom of the to-go cup).
I really enjoyed the fries as my dogs watched me eat the most of them. I asked for less spice since I expected to share and as I was plowing down near the bottom, I realized that my dogs were sitting patiently in the back seat. Rosie gave it 5 stars and asks for more; Pearl is a bit more picky but ate the first two and as any 4 year old would do, stuffed the last one in the back of the seat.
I will be back to try more than the fries.
Recommend this to anyone who visits (Google maps is your friend)

Dang I love Little Pink!! First had them at WoodTick music festival this year and was SO satisfied with how good the burger was then. Have enjoyed them several times since then and their burgers and fried chicken sandwich hits EVERY TIME. These guys know flavors and textures and it tastes like they truly care about the meals they serve to their patrons, I’ve never felt like they’ve phoned it in. Highly recommend this delicious experience, and their music selection from the truck freakin’ jams too

The Hot Pink is the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Forewarning, it’s a bit spicy but well paired with Cole slaw and a brioche bun. The homemade ranch is too

I had the jam on burger and it was honestly the best burger I’ve had in Missoula. Really juicy double burger cooked to perfection. Toppings were really delicious, the goat cheese especially was amazing. You could taste the rosemary in it and also some lime in there somewhere. Just a really solid burger all around. The coleslaw was good as well I like the crunch from the corn nuts. High recommend this place is a gem.

My favorite spot to eat in Missoula!

Little Pink isn’t just a food truck—it’s basically my favorite restaurant in town. The food is amazing, and their specials are always creative and seriously delicious. You can tell they put real love and thought into what they’re serving.

Their burgers? Unreal. I’m pretty sure they grind their own — the flavor and texture are next level. And the sauces—wow…they make them all from scratch, and every one I’ve tried has been a home run.

Taylor and Julie are the absolute best—super friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s always a treat to swing by and see what’s new on the menu.

Can’t recommend Little Pink enough. Go go go! You’re in for something special.

I have never written a google review before but went out of my way to shout out, hands down, the best chicken sandwich in Missoula. Have been here over 5 times just for the chicken sandwich and it has consistently been fantastic. Reasonably priced for the size and a must try.

Absolutely insane how good this place is. The fact that this food comes off a food truck is bonkers.Everything I’ve had here is not just restaurant worthy, but like knock your socks off tasty. They put a little twist on stuff that takes the basics to another level. You’ve had fries, now dip em in truffle sauce. You’ve had coleslaw, now have some thick cut slaw with fennel in it. Even the grilled cheese is elevated in a way that takes it beyond just cheese and bread. This might just be the best food in town and it’s all from a humble lil truck.

Food was good. What I felt to be overpriced. 15$ for a small double burger and a small fry. Basically like one of those millennial burger joints with the wire metal chairs, string lights, and big wooden letters lol.
The service was lackluster. To be fair — I caught them towards the end of shift and they were probably tired. I asked for a cheese burger and they said “which one” I said “a burger, with cheese on it.” Apparently that isn’t an item on the menu at a burger joint, which I found strange to say the least. After having them take everything off one of their little yuppie hipster burgers but the cheese and ketchup it was still 15$ a burger.
Again, quality was good. The burger had great flavor and texture, the fries were cut small and well done (which is honestly how I like my fries.) I think this spot has amazing potential, and I was honestly disappointed to find it to be so expensive for what I ordered. This could be due to a number of factors, so it’s not really my main critique. I just don’t think making it such a game of mental gymnastics to order a plain cheeseburger is a good business model.

It was a country mouse in the big city evening for me. I was feeling a bit wrung out after a long day at work followed by the Costco/Good Food Store run. When my family decided to eat at GFS, I was feeling up for something a bit more sultry. I walked past the T&C lounge like a bee toward honey and ordered up the first sandwich I read on the menu, the Hot Pink. Pure alchemy. Simple ingredients masterfully crafted into complex contrasts of flavor and texture. Ever watched Bob Ross mix primary paints with ease and conjure up an Alaskan mountain scene out of nothing and get that giddy experience just sitting there watching him? This sandwich was that, an affordable vacation to Nashville in the Oreille Auto Parts parking lot. Crispy, crunchy, soft, sweet, bitter, hot and cold in all the right places. Cabbage, cucumbers, and chicken reaching their fullest potential all together in a brioche bun. The dill in the homemade ranch I ordered alongside the fries tasted fresh as if the plant was right there growing on the food truck. All of this served by smiling faces. What a pleasure and antidote to modern times.

Wish I would have taken a pic before I inhaled the amazing taste. The burger at quick glance looks small until you realize the double patties and other add ons, it is beyond filling. The fries are perfectly seasoned and didn’t need their homemade ranch or truffle fry sauce (which are both AMAZING). I cannot wait to try the coleslaw next.
