Well…. the place was nice and appeared to be very clean…. however this will be my last visit. I was not impressed. The prices were questionable for what I received. The photos are of what they call a bowl, and a bowl is exactly what it was. The contents inside…. ??? Just go see for for yourself… may be something you like. I give two stars for the appearance and cleanliness.

I had never tried Marco’s and decided to stop in on my drive home. The digital menu in the store rotates too quickly for you to even see what the options are. Strike one . I got on my phone and pulled up their website thinking I would find pricing there. No go. It wouldn’t give me access to any pricing unless I created an account. Drag two . So, I asked for a paper menu. They provided me with a laminated menu with their offerings, but unfortunately, the pricing was all blacked out. Strike three. When someone came to the counter to assist me. I told him that I needed to know what their pricing was and he asked me what I wanted. I said I was thinking about a large supreme/deluxe pizza. He responded that the price was around $22. I walked out and don’t plan on returning. I ended up stopping at Papa John’s on the way home and got two large pizzas for $26.

I tried the barbecue wings the 10ct and omg it was so so goooooddddd Just the best I have never tried wings this perfect I usually just order pizza but decided to try out the wings today.100/100.Try it out and truth me you would love it also the person who attended to me so super nice and I got this from the location in Forney opposite the high school.

The pizza is below average. For Forney, which has very limited options, it is a 3 star pizza. It’s hard to find much better in this area, so far. I ordered from here several times and the pizza has always been alright. The last time I ordered I decided I wanted some boneless wings.
The boneless wings, a little bigger than nuggets, were 100% HORRIBLE. You could tell they are pre cooked, deep fried, wings that were reheated quickly in the pizza oven. You can even see the black spots on just ONE side of the wings. On top of that they used even cheaper meat than McDonald’s, which at least deep fries them before serving you, because Marco’s likes to use both white and dark meat.
Horrible quality. I hate to say if you want better boneless wings, aka nuggets, go to McDonalds and save yourself money. You will get better quality and cheaper prices. Marco’s should be embarrassed by their boneless wings.

Had the Large Pizza with Pepperoni and Italian Sausage. The overall flavor was pretty average. Cheese and Crust were both pretty bland and lacked much flavor at all. Ordered online and it was ready to pick up in 10 minutes, so it at least has swift service going for it.

I’m from Ohio and didn’t know there was a Marcos here! But finally found a few and this is my closest location and now my Favorite. They make my pizza and even sub just as I request with no problems. Great customer service so far!

We ordered two large pizzas at 08:09 PM. The order was supposed to arrive at 08:39 pm and by 08:55 it had not arrived, mind you we live within a 3 mile radius of this place. At 08:55 PM my brother-in-law called to check on the order and was informed that it was sent to the wrong address, after being transferred to the manager Sandra, he was told that they where aware of the mistake and where preparing the order again. Almost an hour later and they did not have the decency to call us to make us aware of the situation! With pizza being a staple food for the weekends, one would assume that the business would try to make the situation right, but the only thing they offered was sending us “free” “cinnasquares” which we had no intention of eating and would have ended up in the trash!
Everyone makes mistakes, but for me this is unacceptable customer service and as such they are getting this one star review. We ordered from Pizza Hut immediately after, and no issues!

I’ve had Marcos before in another state, and they were good. Here I ordered a jalapeno/pepperoni large pizza, and it’s as if they found a small singular jalapeño and only used that for the entire pizza. The pizzas good, but I wish they were a little more generous with the toppings.

Ordered a large pepperoni magnifico on regular crust. Employees never marked it ready in the app so I waited for 40 minutes before going in. Got home with my pizza and it’s thin crust which I don’t eat. Usually decent but terrible this time around. Marcos is going downhill and I’ll be looking for another pizza place to consistently order from
Edit: Marcos says they want your feedback but it’s only a ploy to make it seem like they care. I filled out their complaint form a week ago and no one reached out, not even an email. Marcos doesn’t give a shit about customer service. Lip service only with no real solutions. Gonna start ordering from Mr Jim’s pizza here in forney. Also got rid of the Marcos app.
