I was with someone who ordered sausage, bacon and cheese sandwich. The order person ordered and ham cheese Crossan’wich. When I open my Crossan’wich I wonder were was the sausage took a bite still couldn’t taste the sausage after opening to see. There was no sausage on my sausage bacon and cheese Crossan’wich. This was through a drive thru.

Generally the people are friendly and the food is what you would expect from a burger king and about half of the time this store will get your order correct. This time they they took my order at the first window they collected my money gave my drinks and shuffled me to the next window where I waited for my order. Why I had to wait I am not sure. It was not like they were specially preparing my order “My Way”. Nope they just sent me down the road “their way” I know, if I know in advance that they can only get things right 1/2 of the time I should go somewhere else. They are convenient and my reward for being lazy.

Ordered drive thru. Whopper Jr with bacon. First time the bun was dry, not streamed and split in half. Went back in and they still didn’t put extra onions. Ch.eese cold not melted. And somehow they made it worse

Let me start out by saying the employees were very friendly but that’s about where it stopped for the positive experience. First, I ordered a whopper meal and the whopper was pretty good but the french fries were really soggy. When first filling up my cup for soda the drain was clogged and was spurting syrup mixed with water from the catch tray due to bubbling or something. I informed an employee who said the parts were on order but every customer seemed to approach employees letting them be aware of the problem. Really the solution would be to shutdown the machine and serve from the kitchen/drive-thru machine. The floor and carpet was pooling with soda from the drain bubbling out and along the side of the machine to the floor on both sides with a constant flow. Sitting down to eat I noticed the broken trash can door and how dirty the tables were in the dining area. They weren’t overly busy so it kind of shocked me that no one seemed to care. I then used the restroom which had pools of water under the wall urinal and adjacent sink. The store is in need of some maintenance on fixture items and sadly it makes me wonder how the prep area looks.

I just left and I ordered the ghost Burger meal. I didn’t pay attention to the menu and got confused on the pricing so when I got to the window I asked for just the burger with no meal. They changed my order with no hassle and pulled me forward to wait. I made a little joke when the guy passed out the burger he laughed and I went on my way. I get home and realize that there are fries in my bag and I was elated. Burger King fries are the best and that’s really why I came until I saw the ghost burger and my priorities changed. It was really sweet of the guy at the window to not laugh at me when I was broke and it was nice for the guy that passed out my food to laugh at my joke even though it probably was the 100th time you heard it today. Thank you to whoever slipped me the fries and thank you to the staff you guys were awesome and you made my night. As you can see the fries didn’t last long.

Employees were great, food was meh. Ordered original chicken sandwich with an extra patty and onion rings. Totally OK with waiting as it was a special order. Food came out way too fast and the reason for it was apparent when I got home and it was greasy and under cooked. The onion rings were mush and the chicken was not crispy or fully fried. It was soft and floppy. This happened twice so I won’t be going back
