This was my first time at this location. I was very disappointed. I waited at the counter for 2-3 minutes before being served. They guy was the only worker in the store. After taking my order and another customers order he proceeded to make my pizza without washing his hands first. Gross! I brought it to his attention, he washed them but proceeded to finish making my pizza that he had started without washing his hands! I’m praying the hot oven killed the germs. Won’t be back to this location. Who schedules one worker during lunchtime hours?

Tonight I ordered a pizza and was hoping to get to join my dinner however, after waiting for my pizza to be delivered, I opened it to find this. In the picture you will see that roughly 70% of the pizza does not even have toppings on it nor does it have sauce. I called directly to the store to try and get them to have a chance to make this right, the young girl that answered the phone said that she was the shift leader, and basically that I was out of luck since DoorDash delivered it. However, the pizza box was sealed by the store, and the seal was not broken. Therefore, this should have been caught well before it left the kitchen. So now I have to argue with a third-party delivery company because a cook and shift lead Let this pizza leave the store. This is a waste of money and hopefully management at the store can make it right since the shift lead would not.

Guess I’m gonna have to be a Karen…. ordered 3 cheese & 3 pepperoni. Got 6 cheese – if you would call these cheese. There is mostly bread, cheese didn’t cover the whole pizza.
$75 for 6 pizzas that were not even eaten by teenagers. Definitely says something about the quality of this place.
Clayton took the order and placed it for 6 cheese.
I’ll definitely choose my regular pizza place which is Mogio’s right across the street. A kid spending the night recommended Marco’s and I was hesitant because of the local reviews.
I regret agreeing to order from this place.

To Readers:
This store is brand new as of two days ago. What people reading these reviews need to understand is that while Marco’s was open for several weeks… It was a soft opening. They were testing out their systems, getting everything figured out, as a new business should. I spoke with the GM during my visit today and he confirmed this was in fact the case. We also spoke for a good amount of time about pizza in general. Having worked in pizza myself for most of my youth, I can say that this GM DOES know what he’s doing and knows good pizza.
My Review:
I called ahead of time and asked about carryout options and the person answering the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I arrived in the store and it was clean and well kept. There was limited seating available as they told me over the phone that they were primarily a Carryout/Delivery option, but I still managed to sit down inside and have a bite of my food before I left so I could sample it as it was hot. The cashier even applied a special pizza coupon to my pizza without me having asked for it for the sake of saving me a few bucks, which is always appreciated!
-The cheese bread came with both sauce and ranch(good call!). The sauce was rich with flavor and thick enough to make for a good marinara and the cheese and seasoning on the cheese sticks went very well with one another.
-I ordered a 10″ All Meat pizza and it was extremely tasty. The meats had a great quality to them and the cheese had a great flavor as well and finally, the meat/cheese ratio was spot on. I got the Romesan Crust topping and it definitely enhanced the crust. I’m not typically a person to eat crust, but this crust with a crust topper on it was delicious and perfectly crispy/chewy.
Overall, I’ll certainly be back.. Which is why this place earns 5 stars from me.

Refusing to accept $100 bills seems unnecessary strict and other businesses handle larger bill without issue. If y’all don’t want to lose customers then I suggest fixing the policy and this tall blond hair employee here was not professional and didn’t know how to serve his customers.

Marcos Pizza has been our favorite pizza for a long time but our experience recently – very disappointing. Our pizza came out of the oven. We watched as 3 girls tried to cut our pizza. They were not wearing gloves and they would pickup the pizza with their fingers to look under it to see if it has sliced. So we had 3 faces hanging over our pizza and different girls tried to slice the pizza. When home – the pizza was medium warm and was not sliced through. Very disappointed.

The pizza is pretty good but we had a couple issues. For one, the time estimate said 6:52 pm and yet I got an email at 6:41 pm saying it was ready. I’m glad it’s made quickly but that messes up my pickup time and the pizza staying hot. Secondly, we got a large ham and pineapple and it barely had any sauce. My wife’s pregnant and hates dry pizza so I had to take the brunt of it.
