We found this gem and I’m so glad we did! We have tried many things and all are hot, fresh and flavorful. The best service you will find and hot sauce is amazing! Try the chicken fry ( not pictured) but was so good even to go ( one of the best I ever tried!) We live out of town and drive in for dinner when we can.

Delicious supper experience 5/4/25. Restaurant was very clean. Staff was attentive and our orders were taken correctly. Food was piping hot, delicious and out in 15 minutes. Bathrooms were spotless. Parking is a level lot and free of charge. Good location on one of the main thoroughfares in San Angelo with hotels and shopping just a mile down the road one way and downtown attractions a mile or two the other way. Handicapped parking right in front. Family friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This particular visit.I did not get my order when everyone else received theirs and had to wait, but the staff immediately made it right and removed it from the check, so I had no complaints there. I think sometimes there is a lot of confusion about what plates go to which table because everyone serves all tables. I feel like this location would benefit from assigned sections. The food is always good, and the staff is always friendly.

Of all the Mexican restaurants in San Angelo, this would not be high on my list to visit again – except that they are absurdly close to my friend’s house and they have a ramp and well-painted sidewalks, which are crucial to her mobility.
She dove into the nachos with beef and sour cream. They looked good, but i would have asked for veggies on mine: lettuce, onion, tomato, etc.
I was craving hard shell tacos like a beast. The server had my back and delivered an awesome plate of tacos, i really enjoyed them. The beans were very average and the rice was sad, but that’s not what i came for.
The restaurant itself was, i dunno how to describe it. It was clean enough, but it has a food court vibe: eat and run, we’re not here for the atmosphere.
The service was outstanding! I wish i remembered my server’s name, but everyone on staff was motivated, friendly, and helpful. (tip your servers, folks!)
The salsas were really, really good. I would have happily taken some home to eat with eggs in the morning… or just a spoon.

This little restaurant with big flavors. Upon entering it seems a little lack luster. There isn’t a lot of decor or personality to the space. The staff is very friendly and welcomes you to come on in. We seated ourselves and cracked open the menu. It’s a big menu for a small establishment and there are lots of choices. Chips, bean dip, and hot sauce are complimentary. The bean dip is creamy and rich with a little kick right in the back of your throat. Very good! The salsa is a bit spicy and absolutely delicious. The chips are a deep golden brown and taste a little past done. The food came out quickly. I ordered the special. The portion size on the quiso was a bit left of what I expected. The meat was tender but didn’t pack a lot of flavor. The tortillas were divine. The rice was so good. It didn’t have any annoying vegetables in it. It had a nutty back note with lots of flavor and cooked to perfection. Overall, good food and great service!

The food is good, service is NOT! We get there and one lady seats us but she doesn’t take her time to ask us what we want like she in a rush. Then another lady come and ask us if we have ordered so she takes our order then after our food comes I ask for a extra plate and spoon and then the lady that supposed to bring the plate and spoon goes where they are all sitting at a table talking. So I have to get up and go ask for it myself! TERRIBLE and UNORGANIZED the only thing good is the food.

Red hot sauce was out of date.
Had the chorizo and egg plate.
It had way too much oregano or rosemary. The waitress were sitting down when we entered. They never got up to greet us. They just sat and hollered make yourself comfortable at any table. It was ok . Big screen TVs it was quiet. The price was reasonable. No we did not tip.
The staff was not very courteous.

This place is wonderful! We were seated right away, and they got our drinks. There was a lot of choices, and everything looked delicious. They brought chips and salsa, and this bean dip that was spicy and delicious. I ordered street tacos, and it came with onions and cilantro and it was so good. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.
