This was the worst pizza I think I’ve ever ordered.
It’s a shame because l’ve ordered from Marcos many times and had good experiences.
This time, I ordered 2 medium pizzas. 1 with old world pepperoni, 1 with half mushroom/green pepper, the other half plain cheese.
Both pizzas were dismal. 2 slices on the plain cheese half had literally no cheese, just dry slices of dough.
Both pizzas were horribly overcooked, and terribly under prepared with sauce, cheese and toppings. It was like 2 dry circular pieces of overcooked dough, with abysmally little sauce, cheese or toppings.
I called to share my feedback with the manager, Tristen, who proceeded to tell me, as though this was my first experience with pizza, that the toppings shrink upon cooking, and took absolutely 0 acknowledgement or responsibility for the poor quality. I told him as a frequent customer I was calling to share my feedback, and give them an opportunity to correct the issue and keep my future business, as this was a total waste of $25 for 2 medium pizzas, and really an embarrassment to everyone I had to serve it for to. His response was defensive and accusatory. I guess the shitty pizzas were my fault.
Terrible performance represents terrible management. Tristan proved to me tonight he is an inept manager that is content on losing future customers and is uncaring about the quality of his team’s product. I will never return.

Usually pretty good, but this time I was extremely disappointed. The pizza we ordered looked like all of the toppings, cheese and sauce were dumped in the middle in the hopes that when it baked they would spread. Well guess what; they didn’t. The toppings, sauce and cheese started about 1 1/2 to 2 inches from the edge of the pizza. Pepperoni bread was decent, but didn’t have much pepperoni on it. Sad – I miss when they were a good pizza place.

I have been here a few times as it’s out of the way from my home however it’s always been good. I was reading prior reviews and don’t see this as a problem here. Maybe it was a one off thing. It’s a delivery or pick up place but today I had to sit in with my wife and try this new honey hot pepperoni they got on the thin crust and the manager on duty came out bringing plates red peppers and parmesan cheese after noticing my wife sitting down. The MOD beat me to the punch as I was buying a drink and was gonna ask for that stuff but had already been brought out. The staff smiles and greets everyone politely and promptly. 5 o clock on a Tuesday, this team here is A team. My wife says “this pizza is really gooood”

This was my first and last time ordering from Marco’s Pizza. I had enjoyed their pizza at work events on two occasions, so I decided to order for my family. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was nothing like what I had before. It appeared undercooked, with toppings barely sticking and falling off instead of being properly baked into the cheese. When I raised my concerns, the manager insisted that this was how the pizza was supposed to be made—but based on my previous experiences, I knew that couldn’t be right. For the price I paid, this was a major disappointment.

Normally this place is 5 star but who ever is the manager tonight 11/11/25 at 7 p.m. truly should not be a manager and should be fired. Slow service, people waiting in line are ignored, phones ringing off the hook and not answering. Crazy.
After tonight, much better service and pizza was perfect. Changing back to 5 star! 11/21/25

We order here at least once a week and service for the last 3 weeks have been abysmal! I order online and there’s always a reason that my food isn’t ready or hasn’t even been started yet when I get there! There is one gentleman that’s super kind but last 2 times he’s been clocking out as we’re picking up!

Fresh, delicious and most importantly they’re CONSISTENT. Seriously, its that good!
Although this was our first indoor experience at this particular Marco’s, it was extremely enjoyable.
This particular location is newer, I believe he said it’s been open 6 months, so it still has that cleanly shine; even better, the staff were all friendly, and not a single employee appeared to hate their job. If they did, they hid it extremely well.
I can count on one hand just how many times we’ve ever eaten Marco’s pizza. Certainly not because of anything they did wrong, but because we’re just learning about them; And gratefully so.
The bigger corporations like, p Hut, and othes, should be on notice. Patrons like me are sick and tired of inconsistent products, lackluster service, and excuses.
Lastly, Marco’s has been a breath of fresh air and at their price point… Well, Fugettaboutit!

Marco’s usually hits the mark for me, but this time, I ordered 4 pizzas, and one wasn’t cut. The other 3 were barely cut. The pizza was still pretty good, as usual. Plenty of toppings, no bubbles that shift all the toppings to one side, soft crust w/ crust seasoning, cheesy, and hot.

My last time ordering from Marco’s Pizza in 2360 Camp Wisdom Rd and Lake Ridge in Grand Prairie TX. There was a bandaid in the breadstick! That’s disgusting and unacceptable. I’m glad our kid noticed it before eating it…When I contacted the store the supervisor at the time was hesitant to even give me his name and didn’t believe me until I told him I have pictures then his tune changed. The supervisor said it was him preparing the food and it was odd because, he wasn’t wearing a bandaid. I told the supervisor well is not odd because I have the evidence to prove it! He wanted to replace the food and i told him i don’t want nothing free so I’m waiting to talk to the store supervisor. There’s going to be accountability and they need to make changes because that’s a health issue. Whoever is making the food should be wearing gloves specially if they have a cut! If I could I wouldn’t even give a star review!

I received the wrong pizza to no fault of my own. When I brought the pizza back up to the counter to let the employees know of the mistake, they took the pizza back and made my family wait 20 minutes for a new one. They should have comped us the one they made for us, but they didn’t. Got my family super frustrated at me for ordering online.
