We used to think of Marcos as one of the better pizza places. Unfortunately like many others we’ve had terrible experiences with the delivery. We’ve ordered from this location at least 5 times and it’s never been less than 30 minutes late. This is a newer location so I’ve tried to give it some time to allow things to work themselves out but it seems to be getting worse. Tonight our pizza was an hour late and it was clearly thrown together. Not worth the headache.

Friendly staff. You recive a lot of toppings. Also you can find great deals using their coupons. They also offer curbside pickup to save on the delivery charge if that is an option for you.

Ordered an Ultimate Magnifico and MAN was it good! It was hot, it wasn’t dry, all the toppings were evenly spaced out, the parmesean for the crust was So delicious. And when I called the store to compliment them, the GM Takara was so sweet and thankful for the call. Order from here!

We are in their delivery radius but every time we order since they changed their website they can not find our address and we have to call. Pizza is good quality but getting the pizza is a chore…EVERY TIME. I would suggest Uncle Vinnies for quality but a little more price tag. If you are looking for something less quality than Marcos you can go with Domino’s. Love the pizza but not worth the headache to order!

What a total joke! DoorDash delivers pizzas now. Lady shows up 50 minutes late. There were 7 pizza’s in her front seat. Nothing was in heat bags. All the food was cold. Lady barely spoke English. Person on the phone didn’t seem to think it was an issue. She said it happens all the time with DoorDash.

So done with Marco’s. I used to get pizza at the 31st and 129th location and it was tasty and good delivery about 8 yrs ago. Over time it became shitty. Never had delivery drivers. We moved and have tried this one a few times and they send wrong toppings, stale crust, and when you order “contactless”, they sit there at your door ringing and knocking and won’t just leave the pizza. Their wings are tiny now and their buffalo sauce changed a while back. I’m out.

Another place where employees ignore customers and never greet you, they walk by look at you and look down. Zero customer service at this place. Meanwhile the gentleman cooking the pizzas who appears to be the new guy is the only one doing anything while 4 employees make boxes and ignore everyone.
