This Dunkin’ would easily be a 5-star location if the manager or district manager knew how to properly staff the store. On a Monday at 5:00 a.m.—one of the busiest times—there was only one employee working. This is when people are heading to work and on tight schedules. Long wait times could be avoided with better staffing. With the amount of business and money coming in, there’s no reason not to schedule enough employees during peak hours.

Long line at night as they close the store and make all cars order through the drive through- but it is a 24-hour restaurant which is rare and convenient with a drive through. I placed a mobile order to quicken things up, and was not disappointed! It’s very conveniently located right off the turnpike, and the service was also very friendly! Best Dunkin’ run I have had in a while! I will definitely be back.

Came in and the workers didn’t acknowledge us at all I guess they were too busy in their own conversation, we had to wait for them to take our order. She caught an unnecessary attitude because we ended up wanting to pick our donuts. As we were leaving we said thank you but by then she already had a stank attitude. Do better in customer service please!

Why is one person working here? They have to attend the drive through and also the front desk. I was here to buy and there was only one person in front of me. Can you believe it took about 30 minutes to be assisted. You have to do better. Please hire one more person. What you have is abusive for only one person to do all this.

Waiting in the line 30 minutes plus, when it was our turn to order there was nobody at the speaker. We pulled up to the window to see if we can order there but the employee was being rude and inconsiderate and told us with an attitude that it was “too late” and that we had to do the line again.

Went here for the first time the other day, the employees were very sweet and service was fast. I came here because my local Dunkin’ didn’t have much of a variety of donuts, this store had SO many donuts when I walked in, I was shocked! Got an Ice Spice drink and it was great. And the donuts tasted fresh!

Parking was a bit rough on a Sunday morning due to heavy Drive Thru activity and leaving the store due to Drive Thru traffic blocking my car. Customer Service was excellent. The cashier greeted me and promptly took my order. She made sure that my order was accurate. Did not have to wait much to get my order considering it was very busy. Overall Atmosphere and Service was Excellent. Will visit again soon.

In my opinion, When it comes to service, product consistency, and a friendly staff that cranks out the orders correctly, the Homestead location on US1 is hands down the best of them all. I truly wish other locations that I visit were as good as this one.

The worst coffee ever. It don’t even smell or taste like coffee. Never had such bad coffee at any other Dunkin location.
