I have gone to this location for a while now. In the past when you made your order online you picked up your order at the drive thru end of story. Lately I’ve been picking up a order for a friend they left a zero tip. They printed debit receipt out for me to add a tip. I complained to corporate. I went to pick up again today he did the same thing printed out the debit transaction for me to change it. I wrote on it ordered online drive thru no tip. He crumpled it up and threw it to the trash. I confronted him. I worked in food service I never asked people for tips. I was mad. He said I made your pizza I said so what. I said if I ate in the restaurant or had something delivered I would add a tip. You just started doing this. He looked at the name in the screen and and said it out loud and said we’ll put a note in the computer to not ask this person for a tip. So does that mean compromise the food spit on it or worse. This man wears a dirty old mask. So is my friend supposed to be threatened that he has her name and address? The employees should not have access to the information on a online pickup order. They should not be able to print the Debit Card transaction out. This is new and very evasive. The pizza are not up to par like they used to be either. Bottom line do the job you were hired to do. Don’t “encourage” the customer to “change their transaction”

After returning from time in Germany this Marco’s was on our list of foods to get. Let alone do we believe Marco’s is the best of the of the big pizza chains but this Marco’s is the best Marco’s we have ever had. The crust was actually crunchy and not greasy. Great service. I hope this gets seen by the owner or manager and he thanks the crew that was working between 5 and 6 pm today. The ones that made our pizza need to be teaching others how to do it right. Job well done.

Decided to order a pizza and asked if they had a dessert pizza like the square cinnamon’s
they did. However, he decided to be rude when I changed my order from carryout to delivery because I made an accident by saying carry out. And proceeded to be rude to me on the phone, the rest away through the order. They need to work on their customer.

The only reason I’m giving one star is because I have to. I have ordered from this location a few times and every time has been a complete disappointment and I don’t know why I have ordered more than once. Maybe in the hopes that it would be right this time?? My husband and I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread on the first of august. The delivery was supposed to be at the house by a certain time and forty minutes later they show up. Mind you we called to see what was going on and we were told the delivery guy was out and it will get there when it gets there. When it was delivered, our pizza box was smashed and the toppings were all over the top of the box. We tried to give it back to the driver and he sped off, completely ignoring us. We took the pizza back to the location wanting a refund and they told us they couldn’t do it. The manager has to and he isn’t in. We eventually got our refund. In all honesty I don’t know how this location is still open. The people there are rude and never deliver satisfactory food. The location I am referring to is the one on Gore blvd. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I do not like posting negative reviews but this place is complete garbage. And I would say the same to anyone who asks me. Also idk why my post says my order was 10-20 dollars. I spent 40 dollars.

Thankful for a coupon because I can’t see spending this much for pizza when you can pay less for more elsewhere. 3 large pizzas, 2 pizzolas, meatball sub and a meatball bake. Kinda expected better quality for what you’re spending.

I grew up on Marco’s Pizza as a kid in Ohio. Hands down Best Pizza!! The ingredients, the quality of handcrafting your pizza, pizza dough is not frozen its made fresh daily!!! Amazing taste!! I just moved on the opposite side of town. My first experience with them wasn’t the best. Customer service was understanding. Delivery of pizza, not the best. Told my daughter the line drawn thru signature counts as my signature?!?! That’s not comforting. I guess our pizza slide around?!????

Went to Marcos pizza. Love their pizza btw . Ordered a XL pizza . Didn’t check till I got home and noticed it was a regular large pizza just cut in 12 pieces. Pieces were extremely skinny. I wasn’t going to drive all the way back because I was already home but I am disappointed because I spent extra when I should of just ordered a regular. the receipt taped to the box said Xtra large.

Probably the best delivery pizza I’ve ever had. The toppings were piled on my The Works pizza, it was beautiful, and delicious. The wings were how I love them, and the delivery was fairly quick. I certainly appreciated this after a long day.

( 9-13-23) [update] So I tried to give them another chance, but it happened again. My promise time was 5:51 pm and again nothing. (8/29/23) My order was over an hr late and was told there was nothing she could do. This is the second time in a month. To spend almost $40 on two pizzas and to receive mediocre service is ridiculous. They shouldn’t give out a promise time and not deliver, plus the pizza was cold. THIS HAS TO STOP!!!! THE OWNER NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS BETTER!!!!!!!!!!
