Do NOT order from the Marcos on the west side of Norman! Terrible customer service! I ordered online, used the correct address which chose the Classen St store. Somehow it got flipped to the 24th and Robinson store. We didn’t know there was a problem until the driver called and said he wouldn’t deliver and I requested to just then go pick it up. Sent a friend (we are busy at work) and then finally spoke to a “manager” who said he had cancelled my order and they were busy with other orders so they wouldn’t make my order. I had to then order from the other store and now wait 3 busy days plus the we to get my refund. Manager was very rude! Do not recommend this business! The store on Classen is great !

I was just planning to stop by Marco’s Pizza at 1919 S Eastern Ave, Moore, OK 73160. The girls there gave me great attention, answered my questions about scheduling a delivery, and were fantastic! I was worried the delivery person might not arrive on time, but he showed up right on schedule, and the order was perfect. Thank you so much!

Update: My refund was finally received! July 1st.
Do not order from this place. I placed an order for $118 for 10 pizzas for my granddaughter‘s birthday June 24, 2025. Well somebody else had actually ordered the pizza and so I called the same day a few minutes after making the order and had to cancel. They said that they would refund the money on that day the 24th. They never did the refund! I look at my bank account on the 26th. The $118 was taken from my account. I called Thursday the 26th to ask them why it was not refunded on Tuesday the 24th and get the runaround. I called the district manager. ( That’s not even over this location and she says that it will be refunded That night the 26th when it should’ve been refunded the 24th here it is Monday the 30th and I still have not received the $118 into my account yet.
So I called back on the 30th and I’m upset because they still have not given my money back and she tells me she’s not gonna talk to me because I’m upset. Yes, I’m upset! You have my money!!!

Better than Pizza Hut and dominos. They have real mozzarella cheese. The cheese actually stretches. Pizza Hut and Domino’s replaced there mozzarella with pepper jack. Lost me as a customer after that. Everyone knows that a pizza isn’t a pizza without mozzarella.

My wife walked in to pick up our order today. The lady behind the counter attempted to give her the wrong order. My wife pointed to the correct order and stated “The one there is my order” to wich the lady behind the counter stated “Oh, you speak English”. My wife was shocked and asked “Why wouldn’t I speak English?”. To which the lady stated she had received a phone call from a Hispanic couple who couldn’t speak English an hour ago and they still had not arrived to pick up the order she had attempted to give her. My wife clearly upset stated “So, because I’m brown you assumed I don’t speak English?”. The lady got upset and said she had done nothing but be nice and was not going to deal with “you” people (meaning my wife) . My wife stepped out and asked me to step in, the manager approached me and tried to understand what happened and said she would speak to the individual. They did not get the Chicken wings correct (the manager, fixed it), now home we are realizing even the pizzas were not cut. While the manager attempted to expedite our service so we could leave, you could see the uncomfortableness on her face and her unease of the situation about my wife being racially profiled and unsure of how to proceed. The individual made no attempted to apologize or address my wife or myself when we re-entered the establishment. On the contrary she made every effort to avoid us or look in our direction. Meanwhile my WIFE, was a decent human being and apologized to the manager for raising her voice out of anger and frustration at being racially profiled and being treated as less than the Proud U.S. Veteran and American that she is.
