Outstanding spot for brunch. Family enjoyed a great meal with friendly service. Entire team at Casey’s was helpful, making service for our party of six plus high-chair super efficient and enjoyable. Vanilla Latte is highly recommended, cappuccino was very good, and brewed coffee was fresh with timely refills (heaters) on a cold morning. Steak and Eggs (with mushrooms and onions) was a favorite, perfectly prepared and seasoned. The accompaniment of the onions and mushrooms pushed this to the next level). Steak was perfectly prepared to mid rare!
Shrimp and Grits, had perfectly cooked shrimp with flavorful fresh vegetables, could hold its own against any of the Low Country offerings from cities to the south.
The Sleeping Beauty was a “really good” hash!
The Breakfast Your Way – eggs, biscuit, bacon – was reported to be excellent.
Great overall value!! Many thanks to the entire team at Casey’s. We look forward to our next visit.

We had a delicious brunch today at Casey’s. We had the duck wing appetizer, my wife had an omelette with crab and scallops and I had chicken lo mein. It was a nice menu, with lots of great choices.

Lo mein was excellent; roasted scallops were a bit undercooked, good flavor. PITA with tzatziki was also excellent, ran out if sauce before we could finish.. Tater tots were plentiful and tasty. Service was okay, However, water was on table with glasses and silverware At each table. , so it was room temperature. We had to request ice. It was hot numid. We finished that bottle and we’re not oftered another, As server only came back with the bill. My GD also had a soda and I had the latte, More like a regular iced coffee than a latte. As far as atmosphere, if you are going to have plants, you should water them. Ours was shriveled and dying for a lack of care. I would suggest artificial. The restroom needed some work. Needed a good dusting and tiles were falling off the wall. I will return.
In the near future as the items I mentioned were well be worth the trip.

Casey’s is all about fantastic food. Casey’s chef is just next level. The food is always cooked to perfection with an ever changing menu of unique food tastes and unique food combinations. Lauren, our server, had great recommendations about the best dishes of the day. She was attentive and always on time. Legendary service! Terrific experience! Try it once, and it will instantly be added to your Fredericksburg’s best restaurants list. As always, please leave a seat for us.

Today, the kids and I had a wonderful time at Casey’s for brunch with Santa! It was such a magical experience. The kids enjoyed pancakes—chocolate chip and regular—along with sides of eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. I treated myself to the Juicy Brug, made with local ground beef from Old Towne Butcher Shop, paired with a side of crispy tots. We also shared the potstickers, which were absolutely delicious. Every dish was tasty, and the whole experience was truly special. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly spot!

Great service & food and drinks are delicious! We celebrated galentines with brussel sprouts and pot stickers to start & my meal was eggs Benedict. Highly recommend!

The three of us went here for breakfast on a Saturday morning, around 10am. We were seated quickly at a booth and had a nice and friendly server. We ordered the Rise and Shine Sammie, the Dad Bod, and the Conway. All were served with a side of their potatoes. All were served hot and fresh and were very tasty. The potatoes were fantastic! We’ll definitely be back. It’s a bit off the beaten path in downtown Fredericksburg, but we’ll worth the visit.

The Confit Duck Wings were fantastic, definitely recommend them. The mimosas were also great and the $2 refills are a good deal. The Short Ribs and Grits was pretty good, the grits were a bit underseasoned but the Short Rib was super tender.

The biggest issues was the Biscuits and Gravy. They were almost inedible. The flour was not cooked out of the roux, so every bite tastes of raw flour and very gritty. There is no sausage included in the gravy and no flavor.

The waitstaff are very friendly and attentitive, they are great.

We’ve probably gone five times and the food was amazing every time. The steak, pork chop, burgers, salads, etc. were really good.

There’s a salad with this bacon that I would rob a bank for, and we can’t seem to repeat on return visits. Bring back the big bacon…who does this 🙂 Give us amazing bacon and then withhold.

Deserts, drinks, and side are just as good, and the specialty drinks are just fun and tasty.

Excellently tasty food and craft cocktails at Casey’s!! The service here was impeccable.. Best Espresso Martini I have ever had! The food was so fresh and flavorful! My Girlfriend and I will definitely be back!! The parking can get crowded out front on the street, so if you go for dinner, make sure you go early..
