This place is my absolute favorite. I have never been unsatisfied with anything I have ordered, even when ordering a pizza with 2 different sauces half and half. I have also custom ordered salads before and they always get it made just right. These guys also have the best flavor when compared to the others. It arrives nice and hot with a friendly delivery driver too.

Fix your online access issues. Ordering food should be quick and easy not a hassle! I know 100% that my email and password are correct however your site was apparently designed by mental midgets. The pizza is good but not good enough to deal with the headache of attempting to login numerous times. There are other pizza places that are much easier to deal with.

Pizza was amazing! I just wish I had more info regarding prices as I was on a budget. I attempted to ask prices over the phone as I ordered, but Ana was not helpful at all. And I never received the menu I requested either. I felt very rushed off of the phone. It would have been 5 starts but the poor customer service and lack of forthcoming information was minus one.

LOVE the pizza but the girl on the phone was very rude. Poor customer service. Didn’t even let me get my question out before she was replying with her answer. Then, because I couldn’t understand what she was saying, repeated herself in a very huffy and put-out tone. Suggest training on phone etiquette.

YIKES!! The quickest way to ruin an experience is HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered online today and when I picked up my order the young lady was walking around in a bonnet with a horrible attitude. I don’t know if she got in trouble or just hates her job but the attitude was NASTY. I came in said hello I was picking up my order, I didn’t even ask for curbside bc I didn’t want to inconvenience anybody. If looks could kill she would be “under the jail”. She hands me my order and starts to walk off and I ask if cheese and peppers were extra so she rolls her eyes while turning back around and turning to the counter and walking off. I grabbed some and left. I’m not saying be super cheery but her attitude was so nasty it made me get an attitude. I said thank you and no response. I could say you should be thanking me as the PAYING CUSTOMER!!! years ago when this place first opened in this area it was waaayyyyy different. The pandemic has ruined peoples will to show respect for their job or themselves at work. SMH I do like their pizza but Pizza Hut and Dominoes are right up the street.

I got ripped off. Don’t call your order in, place it online. I ordered 2 large 1 topping pizzas. I asked what deals do you have for this kind of order and they took 2.99 off a speciality pizza and a 2 topping large pizza (which I didn’t order either of those) which brought my sub total to 26.99. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza (1 topping) and another large pizza change the red sauce to their white sauce and the topping is chicken (1 topping). I was concerned about the cost of the pizza and the lady told me why it was that way. Instead of causing a fuss I proceeded to pay the grand total of 29.99. On that exact pizza box that they handed me as I picked up my order it had a coupon for 2 large 1 topping pizzas, cheesy bread, and a 2 liter for 26.99… I’m not a first time customer to this location as the lady knew my name when she looked up my phone number. I felt absolutely disrespected and will not be placing orders over the phone to this location if I even decide on giving them my business again.
