I have to brag!! It’s Thanksgiving night, basically everything but McDonald’s is closed so everyone can be at home with their family. Marco’s is open? Why? More money? Greedy hands? No. So someone like I, can get a hot and GOOD meal on a day like this when I wouldn’t have a place to get it otherwise. My heart leap hearing the conversations between this lady and customers. Incredible kindness, extra patience and a soft spot for the people coming in for meals just to theirselves. I will absolutely be coming back!

We frequently order from this Marcos. They are always friendly and serve good food. Tonight, their ordering system went down, leaving them completely in the dark. Despite being at least 50 pizzas behind, they worked tirelessly to catch up their orders and were friendly and transparent the whole time. They did everything in their power to make the customer happy despite the wait.

Love Marco’s and there staff is always helpful and friendly you can add garlic butter parmesan or ramano herbs to your crust free of charge and we like to dip our pizza in their Jalepeno ranch I wish they would bottle and sell it it’s so darn good our favorite pizzas are the Hawaiian The Chicken Fresca The pepperoni magnifico with hot honey and their bone in chicken wings are good not super fatty or gristle chewy just nice and meaty they also have sandwiches which I want to eventually try but it’s hard because the pizza is so good that we can’t bring ourselves to not get one we definitely will be back

This place is my absolute favorite. I have never been unsatisfied with anything I have ordered, even when ordering a pizza with 2 different sauces half and half. I have also custom ordered salads before and they always get it made just right. These guys also have the best flavor when compared to the others. It arrives nice and hot with a friendly delivery driver too.

Make sure to check your food before leaving the store or their parking lot if you order takeout. I took my food home to find that they made my food wrong and now I have to throw some food out because we can’t eat it the way it is.

They have always been great never had an issue and if I hadn’t issue they would be resolved quickly and promptly and they would always give back 10 times what I gave but today we got a pizza with an unknown hole in the middle and I was highly disappointed because I had several children waiting to eat.

Let my husband order a sandwich for me here (he still likes the place) and of course when I say no bacon they proceed to add bacon anyway. This sandwich also seemed over toasted. It was also a paltry amount of filling and barely any chicken at all. I used to like their subs at another location and this sandwich is very mediocre in comparison. I still loathe this particular location.

What changed? Pizza use to be perfect, now it’s literally saturated with grease… last 3 times I have ordered I literally have to use paper towels to remove pools of grease.

5 years we have been coming here: last two visits will drive us away from this location forever.
Two times in a row at this location we have been served the worst pizza we have ever had. Way overcooked, my wife’s pizza was burnt, and it’s like these people forget that cheese is an actual ingredient that goes onto the pizza.
Why do you folks at this location make the pizzas wrong anyway? We ordered the pepperoni melt for my wife and what we received looked more like a magnifico (sans any cheese) and nothing like the one on the menu. Also the pepperoni melt we ordered in Weatherford Texas was freaking phenomenal and looked like the one on the menu. Two weeks ago when I ordered here you got my order wrong, too, and you gave me old world pepperoni instead of the old world sausage: Weatherford got it right though.
In between our two visits to this location in OKC, we visited a Marcos location at home in Weatherford Texas for the first time. For 5 years we have been coming to this location and Oklahoma City: years ago we used to have phenomenal pizza here, every once in a while we had an ‘off’ pizza that wasn’t quite up to snuff, but these last two times we have been here there was just absolutely terrible, dried out mummified almost like it was cooked hours before our arrival and kept under a heat lamp, but the weird thing is is they cook the pizzas right there while I was waiting for them. Again I mentioned, almost zero cheese on our pizzas that were overcooked to the point that my wife was actually burned. And what really gets me is even though they were overcooked, they were cold five minutes later when we got them home.
The location in Weatherford Texas, it took us 20 minutes to get home, and the pizzas were still steaming hot. They were super fresh, tons of cheese and wonderful delicious flavor, unlike the pizzas that we have had here on sooner road.
Now that we have finally experienced the most magnificent Marcos that we have ever had, we will never return to this location again.
I think it is more than a coincidence, that we did not receive an email asking us our opinion the last two times we have been here and serve the worst pizzas we have ever had. What happened to the crust at this location? It is completely different than it is ever been in the last 5 years, it’s like it’s old chewy hard and overcooked and flavorless.
Every other time we’ve been here we’ve had surveys, including the survey from Weatherford Texas.
Coincidence? We don’t think so.
I’ll also add that today there was a completely new staff in there and they stared at me like I was an alien. instead of glaring at me, and letting me stand at the counter for a minute, how about a small amount of courtesy? Sheesh.
I did mention we will never come back right? If you read all this, I highly suggest you don’t come here either.
