On 2/21/2026, I attempted to place a delivery order over the phone using a mailed VIP certificate issued by Manager Jackie for my mother, who is unable to drive. What should have been a simple transaction turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience due to the shift lead, Bobby.
Despite the coupon clearly stating, “all prices before tax & delivery charge. Minimum order for delivery. Must present certificate upon redemption; only valid at location listed,” Bobby repeatedly argued that delivery was not allowed when using a coupon, claiming company policy had changed — even though the certificate was specifically issued for use in February. Rather than listening or attempting to clarify the policy professionally, he continued to deny the order without explanation.
To make matters worse, he hung up on us mid-conversation. When I called back to get his name, he refused to provide it. I ultimately had to go to the location in person because of his refusal to handle the situation appropriately.
This interaction was shockingly unprofessional. The lack of communication, courtesy, and basic customer service skills displayed was unacceptable. If policies have changed, staff should be properly trained to explain them respectfully — not argue with customers and hang up on them. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on the management and customer service standards at this location.

Youtube DAVIS314FAMILY for review- I placed my order at maybe noon to be delivered by 5pm. I had to call after 5pm and ask about my food. The young lady stated that they had 1 driver. Once the driver arrived they let me know they RE made our Pizza so it could be fresh. I appreciated hot pizza but being that I scheduled the delivery hours before it should have need on time and better communication would’ve been appreciated. 2 pizza and salad was over $50

Very excellent chain pizza! Runs right along with the northeastern style pizzas! Very very good! We were their first sit in customers. They really don’t have a dining room. Just a table. They’re mostly take out, I assume. Many folks came and grabbed food to go. Smelled fantastic I’m there. Excellent pizza, for sure. Not STL style! Thank goodness!

Ordered pepperoni and sausage pizzoli it came half done and didn’t include a sauce dipping cup. They processed a refund but I see why they hardly ever gets business. Why would you sell someone like this. I ordered a hour before closing so it’s not like I came last minute.

Sub was too spicy had meatballs, and had too much salty taste. Dessert was not as pictured no napkins was delivered as requested. Burns mouth because of spice of meatballs had to throw away half the sandwich could not eat. Dave other half of meatball sandwich two staff too sad I was hoping for a good meatball sandwich.

I use to like Marco’s better than most, but the pizza that was just sent to me guarantees that I will never eat here again! It was almost raw, the crust was extremely doughy and sticky. Some of the meat on the pizza was still cool, not because it was a delivery, but not cooked! It’s so disappointing that someone would send something like that out the door, I’m certain they would not eat it. Hands down one of the worst pizza’s I have ever had in my life.
