Made an online order this evening. Ordered 2 pizza bowls and a small pepperoni pizza. Received the delivery over 20 minutes late (even though my house is less than a mile away). When the driver handed me the order, all 3 boxes were drenched in grease. Brought the food inside and saw this (pictured below). The pizza and both pizza bowls were cold soggy. Threw all the food we received away. This is sad because we have purchased pizza from this location for years.

Thanks for being open while Papa John’s and Pizza Hut aren’t taking orders at 7:45 PM on a Wednesday night. I’ll probably start coming here more often now. Prices are reasonable/comparable to the competition. My only complaint on food quality is that I feel the crust is a little bland.

I called to place an order for 1 Magnifco Pepperoni pizza and the man at Marco’s asked if I wanted extra sauce on it, I said no. He then told me come in 20 mins. I came in 20 mins later to be told THEY HAVE NO NAME/ORDER FOR ME. And they stated that it was NOT THEIR FAULT!

1st called the place on 13th ave and was told to call the one on university because I was out of their delivery area so I did, then university said I wasn’t in their area and needed to call pizza place on 13th back so I did that, finally took my order and was told medium pepperoni was $15ish then when he stated total it was $23ish. I then found out delivery charge was 6.99 wow. So now I’m thinking is a tip included…no.. I asked driver and he said he gets $2 owner gets $5. This is ridiculous the owner doesn’t pay for their gas, Insurance, wear and tear, that driver should get all that. Probably would’ve been cheaper with grub hub or uber eats for delivery option. Also cheese was barely half way up the pizza.

After a minor mix up with a previous order, they quickly and kindly handled the issue. My next order was made correctly and OMG!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The crust is perfectly seasoned, the sauce is great!! My new favorite pizza place for sure!!

Tried out for the first time, trying to stay on the no bread thing ordered the califlower pizza. So yummy. Made our own sauce here is great, added the rest and perfect size for 2. Will be ordering instead of making our own. Came out on time, hot and great. Thanks.

Placed an order for carryout there were two people” working” at the counter sitting on their phones when I walked in to pick up my order they said it would be 10 more minutes, stayed in my car and watch them for well over half an hour not moving just went back on their phones, when I got tired of waiting walked in again and magically my cold order have been completed
