I am writing to address a serious issue regarding my recent DoorDash order placed on Wednesday, October 23, 2025, around 6:30 PM. I received my order at approximately 7:30 PM, and it was utterly unacceptable.
The medium “Big Cheese” pizza was delivered with no cheese—only baked bread and sauce. Furthermore, the extra-large “The Philly” pizza arrived with no toppings whatsoever, just baked bread. This is not what I expected from your restaurant, and it is entirely unacceptable. I have attached pictures of the received items for your review.
As a customer who has ordered from your establishment many times without issue, I find this experience offensive and disappointing.

Marco‘s has been our go to pizza spot for quite a while, and it can be very good…. However, lately it’s been quite inconsistent. I was shocked at the lack of toppings on a three topping pizza that we ordered, basically one pepperoni per slice, hardly any sauce as well. But I feel like when I order extra sauce then they put way too much, so it’s just hard to get a consistent amount of everything. it’s almost like you can tell if the person who made it likes their job or not…. I sincerely hope they start taking more pride in the quality of their pizzas.

It has been awhile since we have had Marco’s and it used to be amazing, not so much anymore.
We ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas — one with ham and pineapple and the other with two types of pepperoni. The ham and pineapple was ordered with white sauce – it had NO sauce on it at all. What let down. The pepperoni was ordered with the normal pizza sauce, which was good. It was a little well done, but that was fine. Both pizzas were very limited on the toppings as well.
There are MUCH better pizza places in the area. We will skip Marco’s next time.

DO NOT go here. I returned bread that was delivered to me with hair in it. The manager was very rude. He opened the box of bread and wanted me to explain to him what was wrong with it. He proceeded to argue with me and raise his voice. I NEVER got a refund after returning the pizza. Have talked to multiple staff members including the owner and still haven’t got a refund returned to my card. Run from this place. Experienced racism at an all time high

I am from Muffler Man on Cooley Lake Rd. We do pizza lunch for the shop weekly. That said, we usually use a competitor, but today tried Marcos on Cooley. Order was quick and on-time, food was fantastic, and everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Well done, Marcos! Using this location you won’t be disappointed. (Looks like we may have a new go-to for our shop lunches.) Thank you guys!!

I’ve never eaten marcos pizza until and it will be the very last. Let’s start off with the sauce waaaaayyyyy to acidic. The bread was like cardboard reminded me of little ceasers, gross. The price of the pizza and the “supposed large” are outlandish and laughable. I’ll go get an extra large and a real large for the same price as their shmedium aka excuse of a large. Idk how they are still open don’t go here.
