Wow! So good! I had never tried Marco’s Pizza before, but I heard recently it was good so I decided to try it today. It was so good it is now instantly my new favorite! I placed my order and even had them delay it by about 45 minutes so it would be ready when I needed it to be. Then I arrived and went through the drive-thru and picked it up at the window. It was hot and fresh and smelled fantastic! On the 10 minute drive home it was very hard not to just open the box and start eating. I got it home and it was still very warm, and looked amazing once that box was opened and it tasted as good as it looked and smelled too! The crust was fluffy and tender, and it was loaded with sausage and pepperoni. It was definitely NOT too greasy like some pizzas are, but not dried out either. It was just right! I will be going back for sure!

They send out under cooked food. All I got was sorry it went through our oven. Clearly no one does quality control, when I grabbed a slice this is what happened. Picture below.

Food was about 40 minutes late do to a promotion, but the staff was apologetic and rushed to get things out. Thin crust with double old world from is my favorite, and I’ve been to places in NYC that Portnoy gave over a 9.

Complete and utter failure ! Long time customer ….. no more !! They now use DoorDash – and never wanted to use that service ! Food arrived cold , and I mean ice cold. Food was not correct and poorly prepared ! Wife had to finish cooking 1 of 2 pizzas ordered. Messy in box and Called the store to speak to a manager and voice my concerns….. on hold over 30 min with 0 resolution. With cost rising , product shrinkage you would at least think customer service would be top notch. ITS NOT ! This location = utter failure !

Oh my Goodness! My husband and I just ordered dinner online. I wanted to try the Pizza bake and I ordered him the meatball bake plus a large salad to split. We were mortified when we opened our boxes. Mine was literally a blob of pizza sauce, pepperoni and mushrooms all piled to one end of the pan. There was literally NO crust. It looked NOTHING like the picture. They should advertise that it’s only a very
thin layer toppings in a pan. How’s it called pizza with no crust anyways? The Meatball bake was the same, a big spoon full of sauce and meatballs. Since we were starving we tried a couple bites. Would’ve been delicious on a pizza crust. We do however always LOVE the brownie! Also, our delivery driver, she was the sweetest! Our food came fast and hot. They just forgot the best part, the crust 🙁

If you have an hour to burn and want to pick a pizza up and stand over the staff to see your correct pizza is made in Ironton this is the place to go. Great pizza their staff is a joke. I only come on Tuesday for the buy one get one deal. 3 times there three times wrong. The help is not focused on anything I ordered the buy one and get one free pizza they tried to give me a large and a small when I repeated both large pizza orders twice. I asked 3 times to speak to the manager and was ignored. This is actually a shame because their pizza is really good. The staff however the worst I have seen.

I have never ordered here and had things done right. Tonight’s order was the worst yet! Can’t even get an Italian sub because they don’t have any ham. I placed an online order and used my 10$ coupon. I called the store to ask that the subs be well done, only then did I find out they couldn’t make my Italian sub. The girl on the phone had me and herself so confused it was nuts! All she had to do was change one sub and credit me 3$ because the sub I had to get was cheaper than the one I ordered, BUT she tried to charge me an additional 10$! Took an hour to get an order that was promised to take 20 minutes and one of the subs was wrong and all 3 the cheeses was cold.. not ever melted! Don’t wast your time or money!!

I am not usually one to leave reviews, but this place has gone so far down hill…
I have lived locally in the area and have ordered regularly for going on 5 years, I have also recommended this store to so many of my family and friends because it used to be great. Now I have to backtrack my suggestions to my loved ones about this place.
I am not sure what has changed, new management or new employees, but it’s just terrible now. I always order delivery, and the order is always on time, but the food is either cold or the order is just incorrect. Today I received an overpriced cheese pizza with zero toppings, and the thin crust is no longer thin. Either that or the order instructions are just overlooked. The consistency is consistently inconsistent. You will have better consistency and quality by ordering from Little Caesars (Aint that sad?) or Giovannis locally. I suggest Flatwoods Little Caesars, personally!
I had a hiatus of ordering from this Marco’s location and decided to give them another chance recently, and my hiatus will resume.
