12/4/21 – since this place opened back up something is different. At first no problems great pizza. The last 4 months or so that we have ordered, it has been hit but mostly miss. I ordered pepperoni and extra cheese and cheezybread with triple parmesan cheese. You can clearly see that’s not the case. I am not sure if it’s under new ownership since it opened back up again but I have been eating marcos for over 25 years. I am from toledo and have NEVER had such horrible pizza till this location. If there was ever an issue it was maybe a wrong topping and NEVER had to ever complain about lack of toppings. You guys obviously don’t care about keeping customers, my feeling is the issue seems to be the “blonde manager”. I called one time because they delivered a cheese pizza, no pepperoni….. I asked if they could correct it and she “the blonde manager” told me maybe I need to look better and that sometimes it’s under the cheese…… and she personally made it. I think any person is smart enough to know if they can see pepperoni on the pizza. I took it back in and sure enough I was right. No hidden pepperoni “officially verified by the manager”. Her first go to excuse is to say she did it so she knows it was right, when proven wrong, she then started telling the employees they need to pay more attention when they make the pizza……… ummm didn’t you just tell me you PERSONALLY made it…. You just lost a customer that used to order from you FREQUENTLY. Time to find a different pizza place.

0 Stars. Food I received was cold, burnt and the didn’t even have correct portion. Called they were refunding money. It is Jan 28th still have not received refund from Dec 14. Called 4x. First time store manager forgot, second time shift manager was going to have store manager take care of it, 3rd time the manager still didn’t know what was happening and will have to check with corporate, 4x corporate still was not contacted. Store manager gave me her # to call and give her update. Contacted her 2x and still no refund. Picture below is of a TRIPLE meat ball bake.(with 6 meatballs and 2 half meatballs) biggest thing anyone can do is follow thru on what they say the will do and this particular store has no professionals working their would love for someone over this store to contact me but I know that won’t happen.

Here’s some good advice. Ya said my pizza would be done in 15 minutes, and I arrived in 10. By the time I went inside, the pizza was already in the box and waiting. Let me tell you something: finishing the pizza as quickly as possible doesn’t make it (or you) a winner. There’s no heart or care it how you are making your pizza, and it shows with the bland flavor and poor presentation when I opened the box. The restaurant was empty; what was the rush? I would have been better off licking the bottom of a boot than enjoy this pizza. It was disappointing.

The pizza was delicious. They put a fair amount of toppings on them. The outer crust was a bit too large and by that I mean it went pretty far into the pizza not just an outer ring. Overall I would eat from here again.
