After long hike just looking for a quick meal. We picked the right spot! Happy hour drinks were perfect and the meals came out quickly. Only downside was the bus boy was too quick and took my drink before I was done. However the manager quickly remedies the situation.

The margaritas were really good. The chips and salsa were really good. The spinach enchilads were really really yummy (I cleaned my plate). My hubby had shrimp tacos and cleaned his plate too. It’s dog friendly (Wlwe sat outside with a dog). They have 2 tables with umbrellas outside. Really happy with this choice overall!

I had the best chicken enchilada and chilie relleno plate I have ever had. Chaz was our waitress and she was amazing! I highly recommend this place, the entire staff was super nice and the plates were prices very reasonably.

After a hike I stopped here for food. Since I was by myself, they told me to find a seat. Went to take my order and I asked if they had a certain drink, but they don’t carry it. Instead of just saying that, he belittled me in front of other guests with a petty explanation of why. Chips and salsa was the best thing served. Then I almost got up and walked out due to waiting for someone to take my order. Want any beans and rice with your salt? Couldn’t tell them apart due to the salt they added. The pollo Mexicana was decent……..11 hours later, I’m still fighting it to stay down. I love Mexican food, but this wasn’t the place to find it.

Revised. A lot can change in a restaurant over 9 months. My latest review to mention how much the atmosphere would benefit from some music. They have no clue how to wrap a burrito. Several times they have come open ended. Never tucked and rolled as a burrito should be. Never received chips and salsa. The staff is friendly but spread very thin. We will keep supporting them. We hope they do better.

When you’re driving in the middle of nowhere Colorado with absolutely nothing for Miles and Miles and Miles and Miles and you’re hungry and you come across Mexican food versus burgers you stop for Mexican food now it’s not authentic in any way shape or form beans are from a can Rice is probably from the package but it’s TexMex and it was as expected food was hot could have use a little more seasoning chips and salsa was very and the drinks were good. The staff was gamily, that yoi could tell and for dinner at 8 PM with no other options it was the best choice. I had the Taco and Enchilada combo with Shredded beef and the meat was good and the taco shell warm, the Enchiladawas plain and the sauce was bland. My husband had the Carne Mexicana( I think that was the name of it) the steak was very well seasoned and it was good. I wish I got what he did but hey if we’re ever passing through again maybe I will.
