I have visited this Marco’s Pizza at least once a month since I moved to Parma and it has been consistently THE BEST PIZZA that my husband and I have had. The friends that I have made in my neighborhood also order from this “store”. We have decided that this Marco’s Pizza is different from all of the others and that comes down to the manager and other people in charge of the facility. We have found that all Marco’s are not equal. Really close, but this place I believe goes beyond the expectations of the customer and puts out quality all of the time. My hats off to those of you working and managing this pizzeria. Keep up the good work and as the Terminator stated: “I’ll be back”.

I ordered online and when I arrived it wasn’t ready yet because I was told they were short staffed. All the team members were working hard to get out the many orders they had. I told the nice lady that it was not a problem and I know how it is to be short staffed (I work at Arbys) so I completely understand. My pizza came fresh from the oven and was nice and hot when I got home. I only order from Marco’s because I love your pizza and have great salads. Thank you to all the team members for coming to work so I could enjoy your awesome pizza!

Ordered through GrubHub…45 mins later they canceled the order with no reason as to why. “We’re unable to fulfill this order.” That’s all. Order only contained standard menu items.

Marcos is usually my favorite but this location was terrible. There was sooo much grease in the middle and all the cheese was sunk into the middle. I will never be back to this location. I was very disappointed.
