First time getting a specialty pizza (Philly cheese steak) from here and it was hard to stomach. Toppings did not seem cooked and tasted like they put them on after the pizza was cooked and way too much of everything but the steak. This place is only good for plain cheese pizzas.

Today I ordered some wings. I generally order from this location because the wings and service are generally better than the location around the corner from my house. Somehow I mistakenly ordered Buffalo instead of my usual plain wings they were completely saturated in sauce. I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home and then double checked my order from my email and it turns out yup totally my fault. I usually order when I am not feeling well as the plain wings do not affect my stomach negatively So I called the manager to explain the situation and well there was no resolve other than it being uggesting to rinse them and bake them in the oven as they are rinsed befire being cooked anyways. Yah i dont think thats the same thjng. There was no offer to bring them back up for them to remake or anything. I understand it was my mistake but apparently making sure the customer is satisfied is not one of ther priorities either.
So I had to rinse my wings in water to remove all the sauce. I opted for the air fryer as that is a quicker option however they were still very soggy and unfortunately the sauce had already absorbed into the skin so even saturating in ranch dressing didn’t help. Also what in the heck, several of the wings at least 6 of the wings I got were almost half the size of the others. If you aren’t going to give full size wings give an additional wing. Not that it matters since I am unable to eat them and ultimately had to throw them away, but I am really disappointed that nothing was done about this and I just threw $30 down the drain and now I have to figure something else out for dinner.

I haven’t had a good pizza in a long time!! Took a chance and ordered Marcos from North Olmsted. It was amazing !!! Great flavor , lot’s of toppings and made perfect to my order!! Finally great Pizza!!!

Ordered dinner here and they forgot the breadsticks which is the only thing my daughter will eat. I called expecting to get a credit or something. However, they made new breadsticks, threw in some cinnamon bread, and delivered it for free. The delivery guy also refused to take a tip when I tried to give him one. Could not be more impressed.

It’s always just so consistent. The food, the friendly staff, the pace of service. With picky kids, that consistency of the quality food is really important to us, and they never let us down. Love having these folks as our neighborhood pizza place!

Been going to Marco’s for years, but a recent visit was a letdown. I asked for their pizza marinara sauce on the side with my breadsticks, which I’ve done many times before. Normally, they’d provide it in a small container. However, one employee claimed it was against policy to give me the pizza sauce, insisting I had to use the packaged marinara that comes with the breadsticks. To make matters worse, the staff’s appearance and hygiene raised some concerns. Unfortunately, this experience has completely lost my trust. I’ll never be returning to this location again.

I ordered two large pizzas (pepperoni & black olive & double pep), the pizza’s were greasy, over-cheesed, under cooked and all the toppings were in the center of the pizza. When we first moved to the area in 2024, the pizza was great. It has seriously gone down hill.
