Ordered 3 pizzas online, and drove over to pick them up.
Supposed to be ready at 7p.
It’s 7:39 right now and they haven’t even put them in the oven yet.
Manager offered a small credit.

I ordered a pizza from Marco’s around 5:45 PM this evening, and while it arrived on time, it was slathered in BBQ sauce instead of the traditional pizza sauce I requested. No big deal initially—I get that mix-ups happen. However, after calling to report the error and being assured a replacement would be sent promptly, we waited over an hour with no sign of it. Frustrated, I called back, only to speak with Manager Brian, who clearly had no prior knowledge of the issue. He placed me on hold to “figure it out,” then mumbled something like, “Uhhh, yeah, it’s coming out right now”—no apology, no offer of any real concession, and zero indication that he cared about the inconvenience.
After some back-and-forth, I managed to wrangle a measly $15 credit on a $29 order, which felt like pulling teeth. The so-called replacement finally showed up cold and unappetizing, nearly two hours after my initial order. As a former Marco’s employee and a loyal customer for years, this level of apathy and incompetence is heartbreaking. Terrible management, abysmal service—Marco’s, you’ve lost a dedicated fan. Do better.

Impressive organization of employees and management. I was concerned because we were throwing a large halloween party and the holiday had been locked from submitting an order ahead of time. But when I eventually did place the order, it was in the oven and ready within minutes if not seconds. When I entered to pickup my order, the place was like a well oiled machine. Good job everyone. Next time Marcos wins the party vote for food choice, you’ll be seeing us again!

I’m a truck driver. I know please hold the praise yall are to kind. I was parked at the pilot down the road. Figured I give marcos a try. Let me tell you I was very impressed. I ordered the pepperoni melt and the cheese sticks. Now the pizza was loaded with cheese and pepperoni it arrived hot and fresh so the delivery driver didn’t mess around he got that pizza to me fast. The cheese bread was super cheesy and the bread was soft and light I was surprised because I’ve gotten cheese stick from other establishments and they are alwasy burned and dry but not here these were what cheese sticks are supposed to be like. I guess in other words holy toledo this meal was amazing.

UPDATE. Marco’s management contacted me and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. I’ve been buying pizza from Marco’s since 1978 when they opened store #4 on South Ave in South Toledo. Since then I’ve lived in Fl, NC, TN and back to OH. It’s been great knowing I can trust Marco’s for consistency and quality..

Bank account was charged 5 times. I made a order online first, it was rejected i called the store and I was told that there is no order. I made another order and made a payment over the phone I get to the store and found out that, the second order i made was canceled. I explained to the guy that yall did 5 withdraw of 50 dollars. He proceeds to tell me, that I still owe and there is nothing he can do about the transaction. I will never use that Marcos on Ottawa River again

Had pizza delivered to our hotel. Wait time said an hour but, it arrived early. The delivery driver was super polite and even brought us plates. The pizza was EXCELLENT, as were the Cinnasquares. If I ever come back through this area, most definately will be ordering again.

We brought our Girl Scouts here while in town to white water rafting. The staff was amazing! The front checkout desk was super happy to have us and so friendly. There was a ton of space, super clean, everything amazing too!!! Thanks for an awesome out of town experience!! This place is definitely serving more than pizza! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
