Worst customer service I have experienced! Drove through drive thru and no one came to the window . Walked in to pick up my pizza and finally someone actually acknowledged me . This place sucks and I do not recommend to anyone especially with the lazy rude people that work there .

Marcos app is the worst. Corporate office updated app approximately 6 weeks ago and it still does not work correctly. I placed my order twice because of the app, so I called the store. I was told it would be taken care of. They credited me $18.50 for the pizza but charged me $40, $25 & $5.23, which included charging me twice for the 2 20 oz sodas, 2 delivery fees and they kept BOTH generous tips I gave. So I paid $50+ for a pizza and 2 drinks. I deleted the app and my account and these THIEVES will never get another penny out of me. When I tried to call the next day I was greeted with an aggressive attitude from the loser (most likely the owner) who answered the phone. Typical small business owners = THIEVES!
In response to the insincere response from ownership/management: you had two opportunities (the original phone call and the second one) to make it right. Instead the completely unprofessional (most likely the owner) person on the other end of the phone for the second call decided to play tough guy. The pizza in Northwest Ohio is TERRIBLE, yours was at least edible. I will wait for a trip up north to get quality pizza and service at Buddy’s.
And my credit card company will see it my way when it comes to the excessive charges, so I don’t have to waste my time sending an email that will be more unprofessional nonsense.

I am passing through town and I ordered a medium old world pepperoni pizza. The delivery was very fast, food came hot, and the delivery driver was very kind. If I ever stop through here again I would definitely order from this establishment.

I love Marco’s, but this particular one isn’t the best. There’s always too much cheese, and never enough sauce, so I decided to get light cheese. This is what my pizza looks like as a result. I didn’t know light cheese means three little sprinkles, meanwhile if I get regular cheese I’m choking on how much they put on.

Just got my pizza about 30 minutes ago, it was my mistake not to check it when I got it but I ordered a regular pepperoni lite crust pizza. If I’m not mistaken I think that is supposed to be there thin crust pizza. I got a regular crust and the pizza wasn’t even for me. Really love this Marcos but not my best experience this time.

Haven’t had a Pizza delivered in over 15 years, probably will never have it delivered again. The Pizzas were average, prices were average, a mistake was made and I was charged more when they got to my door than I was quoted on the phone, Awkward. If average is your thing, this is the place for you. Quoted a total of $44.85, charged at the door $49.80, plus $6.00 tip. $55.80 for average pizza.
