Great food great service. I now hate ordering from the website though. The website updates have ruined the experience entirely. Promo codes never work. It always wants to know exactly where I am using the location on my computer which is turned off. It takes me longer to order than it ever did before. The website sucks.

Now I will start this off to say the food is great. But here’s where my problem comes in. A few nights ago I ordered from here. I’ve been constantly ordering from here and trying to leave a tip every time. The one night I didn’t tip I was disappointed with the delivery. There was no respect with the delivery. My subs was cold because they weren’t transported in the food temp bag. Very unprofessional. And this never happened when I tipped and I just got my tax return back so the plan was to leave a great tip the next day once it loaded on my card. But instead now if I can’t go in for my food I’ll never order delivery again.

Walked in, ordered a small deluxe (about $12), got it within 10 min. Delicious tasting pizza! Only downside is you’ll probably want to keep going back for more. They don’t really have much seating area to dine-in.

Their menu is set up incorrectly on the website, so when you try to select “qualifying items” for deals and coupons, there aren’t any items you can pick, the menu is empty. I get a bunch of deals in the “My Offers” section but this location doesn’t honor or let me use any of them.

This seems like a weird review but my Marko’s was a home visit. You know home delivery. Which went timely and well. I ordered an Xlarge speciality pizza and it special cut for a zip lock pot luck party. Marko’s did exactly as I requested. I do not order pizza very often, however it must have been excellent because it was eaten within a half hour.

I’m not sure if they have recently changed anything with their sauce or cheese or crust but it has not tasted the same recently. My husband and I do order quite frequently and normally really enjoy the food.

The customer service at the counter needs help, and proper training. When I asked if my sauce cup was in the box, the answer I received was, “if you ordered it, it’s there.” A proper yes, is all that was needed. I will think twice before ordering from this store again. Good customer service goes a long way.

Haven’t had Marcos in a while, and was craving it. The taste was welcoming, but darn the pizza crust was soggy, enough said! Took it home, used a secret trick on stove in a pan, brilliant tastey lively crust. The pizza wasn’t even cut “thru”. What if we were going to a park or eat remotely – it would’ve been a sloppy mess. Did have plates/napkins. Order taker was nice.
