We haven’t been to Marco’s in awhile because the last time we were there we were disappointed with the amount of toppings on their pizzas. This visit was very good. We got a great price on the pepperoni magnifeco. It was very hot when we picked it up. The pizza looked appetizing and was actually very good. It had the right amount of pepperoni on it. We definitely would get it again, especially for the price we paid! Great job Marco’s!!

Customer service is ALWAYS on point!!! Dale the manager ALWAYS greets every customer upon entering and if I’ve ever had an issue (only 1 time with one of the employees) he MAKES IT 100% RIGHT for the CUSTOMER!!! This is by far the BEST MARCO’s pizza out of all locations!!! The food is ALWAYS HOT & FRESH!!!

Just genuinely the nicest people man. Came in at 1:30pm on a Friday and was immediately greeted with a warm, and sincere welcome in! Tall fella with the bandana and the younger man working with him are genuinely a gem and probably deserve a raise honestly. Will certainly be back.

After being a long time customer the service and the way I was talked to with my most recent order was completely unacceptable!! Took over an hour for my pizza to be delivered. No surprise it was ice cold by the time it got here. Called the store and they apologized said “I’ll put one in the oven right now and send out immediately to you” ….. Ok great, was fine with that, waited another hour and no pizza so called again. The replacement was still in the store just sitting there waiting. So not only did the manager lie to me the first time the 2nd time was basically told ,”oh well sorry we’re too busy”…… never again will be ordering from them……

Employee (Manager?) in a t-shirt labeled “In Glock We Trust” with a gun on it sassily remade the triple pep pizza we ordered, which had barely double pep on it. Frequent quality issues- Can’t trust delivery, as it is sporadically slow + pizza mistakes = lots of time wasted, hungry.

I ordered a pep with extra cheese. I opened at store and complained that it had almost no pep and cheese was on top of the few Pep it had and was not light baked. Looked like they put little cheese on old pizza and reheated. I complained and was ignored then by employees. Nothing wanted to be done to fix order. The worst customer service. Im going to contact home office.

Ordered the new ultimate pepperoni pizza. The toppings were all piled in the middle. Nothing around the edges. This caused a huge grease pit. The pizza was unfit for consumption. Obviously one bad experience is all it takes for me
